Online Payroll Reporting

recording your payroll has never been easier or quicker.

Use the following step by step guide

to navigate through the service

and you’ll be up and running in no time.


Enter your User ID, enter your Password

and click Submit


Click Pending Reports to view your company’s information

You may also click the feedback link

to send a message if you have comments

Pending Reports


Click the Entity link of the report

you’d like to display


To submit subject payroll, type the

amount and click the

Submit Report button

If you are not

ready to submit, click the

Save Subject Report

button to store the information


Click Confirm Submission if the information is correct

You can go back and

make changes by clicking Revise Subject Payroll

Use Save Subject Payroll

if you are not ready to submit the information


Use the Printer Friendly link to print a copy

of the payroll report

Print Report


Click the Close Window link to return to

the Online Payroll Reporting screen

to make a payment


Click the Pay Total Due

button to make a payment

Payments


The account summary will

display

Type in the payment amount

Select the payment

type

Click Continue


Complete the payment

information

Click Continue


Review payment information

Click Authorize

to continue

Processing Payment Screen


Click the print link to create a receipt for your records

Click

Return to Policyholders

Online or Make another

payment

Close browser window to return to Online Payroll

Reporting


End the session by clicking the

Log Out link

Click Return to Pending Reports

Or you can use

the left-hand menu for your

next action


Type the amount of

subject payroll per class. If

none to report, click the No Payroll to

Report button

No Payroll to Report


To confirm that you do

not have any payroll

to enter, click the Button at the

bottom of the screen


Use the Printer Friendly

link to print a copy of the

payroll report

Print Reports


Enter the Subject Payroll

and click the Save Subject

Payroll button

Save Reports


Click the Return to Pending Reports

button at the bottom of the

screen

Or you may use the Pending

Reports link at the left


Click the Entity link

to view pending reports

The asterisk

to the left of the link represents

a previously saved payroll report

Pending Reports by Entity


If you need to add a class

code, click the Add Class

Code(s) button to provide

appropriate information

Enter the

Description of Operations and the Class Code

Note: Only the

class code value is validated

Add Class Codes


Click the OK

button to submit the information

Note: Repeat the entry of information as often as necessary


The plus symbol to the left of the class code represents a newly added code

If you would like to

delete an entry, click the trash can

icon next to the entry you’d like to

remove

Type in applicable Subject Payroll

amounts


To explain organizational

changes, click the

Changes to Organization

link

You may also click the

Feedback link to send a

message if you have

comments

Request Changes to Organization


Complete the information about your

organization

Note: The fields with an asterisk

are required

Click Submit at the bottom of

the screen


This screen confirms

successful submission

of the changes you’ve made for

your organization

You may use the Cancel button, the Log Out link or any

of the selections on the

left-hand menu for your next action

click the My Profile

link

You may also click the

Feedback link to send a

message if you have

comments

To make a change to your

User Information, complete the

information and click Submit

In addition,

password resets can be done from

this screen

Note: This e-mail address is not used for the

Report Notification

e-mail address

Enter the Current

Password, the New

Password and then

Confirm New Password

Then click the

Submit button


You will see a screen that

confirms that your

password has been

successfully updated

Click the

Log In button to continue


To add or delete an entity, click the Entity Management

link

Add/Delete Entities


Click the Add a policy to

this User ID link

Provide the appropriate information

Click Submit


Click Confirm Submission if the

information is correct

If you need to

make changes, you can click the Revise Selection

button


If you do not remember your

password, click the

Forgot Your Password? link at the


Forgot Your Password?


Complete all

of the fields

and click the

Submit button


You will see a screen that

confirms that your

password has been

successfully updated

Click the

Log In button or use

any of the links on the

left-hand menu for

your action


If you do not remember your

user identification,

click the Forgot Your

User ID? link at the


Forgot Your User ID?


Type in Your User

E-mail Address and click Submit


You will see a confirmation screen that

your User ID Search has

been successful

The

information is sent to your

e-mail address

Log In button
