LeadingAge Oklahoma is the recognition of the work our members do to design new programs for wellness, personal enrichment, and intergenerational connections. EducationEducational opportunities offering innovative programs, the latest advances in the profession, and tools to enhance the skills of your staff and the quality of services you provide. Our organization is well-known throughout the state for our outstanding educational programs. These include a host of options throughout the year for all segments in the continuum of care, providing specified continuing education credits.

LegislationRepresentation on Public Policy issues affecting providers across the continuum. Each year the issues discussed at the State Capitol affect all of us. We work together to ensure a promising future for aging service providers.

Through face-to-face advocacy and grassroots campaigns, we educate policymakers on long term care, housing, assisted living and home and community-based services.

 Our advocacy agenda is clear: to advance policy that ensures quality services for seniors, encourages advance planning, integrates delivery systems and ensures quality programs for the people we serve.

 LeadingAge Oklahoma tracks legislation and regulatory updates. We work to make sure that policymakers understand how changes will impact the profession, our members and the people they serve. We share this information to help our members understand the issues. Our members have a credible voice that is vital resource to legislators and other policymakers. We represent the right public policy for the right reasons.

NetworkingValuable networking with industry professionals who represent not-for-profit, mission-driven organizations. Our members believe that by sharing best practices and innovative approaches to care, we can make a difference in the lives of our residents and clients. LeadingAge Oklahoma has several network groups to facilitate the exchange of information and to get the latest provider updates.
