AIESEC VIETNAM

• AIESEC in Vietnam was established in 2006. For the past 7 years we have been facilitating youth leadership activities as well as international internships & volunteer experiences across Vietnam.

• AIESEC in Vietnam have more than 450 active members present in 20 top universities of Vietnam and over 2100 alumni working in leading local and multinational companies.

Project name

Eng-credible kids aims to help children at the orphanage (6-15 ages) improve

their English speaking skill.

The Vietnamese children are very shy and scared of speaking English with

foreigners. This leads to a huge disadvantage in their future career.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description 1

• Prepare, conduct and develop an English teaching program appropriate for children

from 6 to 15 years old

• Working time:

• From Monday to Friday: 8AM to 9:30 AM

• Or 3 days per week (1 – 1.5 hour lasts per lesson)

• Build and develop at least 2 teaching equipment / materials

• Do fund-raising at least 2 million Viet Nam Dong (about 95 USD)

•Ensure development of your student language skills by tests, class activities, constant

communication, outdoor activities and following up plan.

•Actively communicate with other interns to share experience and learn from them

• Prepare report and submit in the end of project, in order to ensure that your experience will

contribute to next batch of interns

Job description 4

• Actively participate in LC activities: orientation day (obligatory), training (if any), CEED

(optionally), reflection activities, promotion activities, events related to exchange, etc.

• Represent your culture to: project participants, AIESEC members, participants of other AIESEC

activities

Job description 6

• Fill in AIESEC GCDP Feedback Survey after matched status, coming to Vietnam and back to

home country

• Provide feedback on different stages of a project in order to increase quality of experience
