I started my 0ET on A$ril ; to May 9& '()* at the +orean Air& located at 6AIA Terminal ) 2e

$assed our resumer in all airlines located at terminal ) There are t"o airlines that called us for

inter/ie"& but "e chose +orean Air& so "e "ent there and they inter/ie"ed us& after that& they

said "e can start on A$ril ; !uring our 0ET "e learned a lot from my e.$eriences as an 0n?the?

Eob Trainee of +orean Air First of all& IKm /ery much gratified for the su$$ort and

understanding of my su$eriors es$ecially on times "hen I committed mista1es More than any

learning thought in school& I learned to be "ith others& to "or1 "ith $eo$le

I learn also to listen to my boss& Ms Ricaforte e/en though at times I canKt understand her

instructions I also learned to acce$t criticism and be a$ologetic for my mista1es She $articularly

im$arts in me "hat I must 1no" in ma1ing use of cor$orate resources and cor$orate /alues

Furthermore& IKm /ery grateful that they e.$ose me so much on "hat I must 1no" regarding the

"or1 "hich suits my course IKm /ery than1ful that they treat me li1e them and they trust me

"ith my "or1 I a$$reciate so much the "or1ing en/ironment I had "ith in the com$any because

it hel$s me absorbed "hat I need to 1no"

I actually learned to $re$are consolidated statements of different accounts and com$arati/e

statements for those accounts "hich Ms Rose Ricaforte entrusted me I actually $re$ared

briefing sheet I also $re$ared transit for list of $assengers I "as also trained to $re$are list of

$assengers "ho needs s$ecial handling Pre$aration of First and Business class tic1ets& "hich I

en>oyed so much

The e/eryday e.$eriences I had in this com$any are really most treasured The 1no"ledge I

obtain here are beyond com$are than any other e.$eriences I acquired from school and

su$$lementary learning from boo1s 2hat I had here "ill al"ays be "ith me and rest assured I

"ill a$$ly "hat IK/e in e/ery circumstance that I e.ceeded

Today "as su$$osed to be our last day of our on?the?>ob?training I "as already loo1ing for"ard

to e.tending my slee$ing hours in the morning but it didnKt sur$rise me anymore that again&

something came u$ So "hat else is ne"& rightN 2e "erenKt able to say our formal goodbyes "ith

our su$er/isors It "as her day off& so "e decided to lea/e a note instead It "asnKt really the

$ro$er thing to do but that "as the only o$tion unanimously acce$table and a/ailable at thattime 4ood luc1 to meO

0ne of the most im$ortant things IK/e learned is that talent alone is not enough It is im$ortant&

but it is no guarantee of success 0ne must also be hard"or1ing and should $ractice self?

disci$line Sacrifice is im$ortant& too



I also reali5ed ho" restricting it is to ha/e 0ET& "or1ing *$m?)'am is hard because I only ha/e a

one hour brea1 I learned itKs best to do and sho" your best As1 your boss if they ha/e some

"or1 for you to do ou ne/er 1no" they might hire you after the internshi$ or in the future I

thin1 studying is harder than "or1ing& though the real "orld is easier than college

In sum& the "hole 0ET e.$erience "asnKt as bad as I thought it "ould be In fact& the '(( hours

"as a bree5e e.ce$t for those days "hen I had a hard time "a1ing u$& "hen traffic "as really

bad and "hen I "as feeling la5y and out of it 4oing to "or1 and seeing some friendly faces

hel$ed a great deal 3a/ing to do 0ET "ith friends made it a "hole lot easier for me It "as also

nice to ha/e to go to "or1 together e/ery day "ith my classmate IKm sure the real "orld

"ouldnKt al"ays ha/e as many friendly faces but "e all& relationshi$s that is& ha/e to start

some"here Before all the relationshi$s and friendshi$s ha/e e/en started& "e "ere but strangers

in this sea of unfamiliar and nameless faces

I am so $roud to be a $art of +0R-A6 AIR IK/e learned a lot from the training that has

gi/en to me and I thin1 I im$ro/ed a lot I became fle.ible because of multitas1ing -/ery

e.$erience I had in this tra/el agency "ould really be treasured in my life The 1no"ledge I

acquire here let me 1no" the course I am ta1ing and its com$etiti/eness "ith a$$lication 6o" I

1no" "hat to do if someday I "or1ed on a tra/el agency because I already made itBy this "or1ing e.$erience& I ha/e learned that success needs $erse/erance because

success is "hen you "or1 hard on a s$ecific thing and getting it ma1es you so $roud This

training also ma1e me more disci$line from "a1ing u$ early in the morning and in controlling

outbursts and re>ection I belie/e that "hat I "ill be tomorro" is the result of "hat I ha/e done

trainee is gi/en se/eral >obs in succession& to gain e.$erience of a "ide range of acti/ities

misconduct In such instances& $rogressi/e disci$line and regulatory and other requirements

must be considered in effecting disci$linary actions and in resol/ing em$loyee grie/ances and
