The profile is dedicated exclusively to the UEFA EURO 2012 Volunteers – the group is secret

and can be accessed only by the UEFA EURO 2012 Volunteers from Gdansk.

As a member of your Gdansk Facebook Group you will have a unique chance to:

get to know better all the volunteers from your Host City,

enjoy festive atmosphere already before the tournament,

discover information about great events prepared exclusively for the UEFA EURO

How to join your group:

1. You need to have your personal Facebook account – to get one please follow the

instructions on facebook.com.

2. Find “Marta Coordinator” – your Volunteer Team Coordinator in Gdansk and invite

her to become your friend.

3. In the welcome message write your name, surname and Volunteer ID . Below

you will find the instructions on how to find your Volunteer ID.

4. Once you and Marta Coordinator become friends, you will be transferred to the

secret Facebook group – accept the invitation to the group.

5. Please read the Welcome message in Information section on the Facebook

Group profile carefully. It contains important information about the group.

6. Enjoy using the site and get in touch with other volunteers from Gdansk!

How to get your Volunteer ID:

1. Log on to the Volunteer Portal.

2. Choose My Profile & My shift section in the upper menu.

3. Your Volunteer ID can be found in the Info Panel.
