HammondCare is an independent Christian charity that exists to improve quality of life for people in

need.

We specialise in aged and dementia care, palliative care, rehabilitation, mental health services for

older people, and other related health and aged care services. HammondCare seeks to embed

evidence based best practice in its services and we provide these services through home care, sub-

acute hospitals and residential aged care.

Summary of the role

Contribute and support the Concierge and Office Team in delivering the best customer service for our internal and external clients at Central Office, ensuring that HC’s core values underpin all aspects of the operation. Support the Office and Concierge Team Leader, ensuring an effective operation across the operations of the Central Office. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 1. Day to day management of Concierge inbox and calendar 2. Day to day upkeep of staff kitchen areas 3. Day to day upkeep of stationery areas 4. Assist with set up and breakdown of meeting rooms on L4 and large team meetings 5. Ordering and reconciliation via P2P 6. Management of document destruction bins 7. General administration support, including travel 8. Ordering of First Aid supplies, as direct by QSR team Key Focus Areas: The role requires an autonomous team player responsible for an efficient communication and strong customer service skills across all areas of business. Managing and providing an administrative assistance to corporate staff and engaging to support any events and projects. Strong organizational skills for an efficient management of reception and office duties. Essential Criteria:
