annually. Of the 533, over 861 of the enrolled puptlc ucrc

sevenely handleapped. Durlng lhe satre tlne pertod thc

elenentary and secondary progran had only 17/ of the enrolLed

puplls ln the saue handlcapplng categorl.es. Flgure 1,
