Father Tom and Father Fernando would like to invite the community of St. Thomas Aquinas to the Pilgrimage of the Virgin Guadalupe and San Juan Diego. The Hispanic community will be hosting the pilgrimage on the weekend of October 21st and 22nd. The event will start at noon on Saturday and go through Sunday
evening at 6:00PM.
SATURDAY Saturday at Noon
We will welcome the images with dancers and music which will be followed by Mass in the Church.
SUNDAY
Sunday at 5:00AM Mananitas Mass will follow.
The images will be on display throughout the day on Sunday. 4:30PM Special Mass
The images will then continue on their way to the next Parish.
PRO LIFE MONTH & OUR MARIAN STATUE
October is pro life month. Unfortunately, our pro life statue outside the Baptisry was broken and could not be repaired. You will remember that Ed Kurtenbach and the Knights of Columbus
did a great job of building that beautiful area in the 1990’s, when I was their spiritual director.
Cel came forward to offer a statue from her home, and paid to
have the grotto altered to accommodate the larger Marian statue. It is beautiful. Many thanks to the Hickok family.

Please feel free to write in the book the names of those you love who have passed away. The book will be presented at the All Soul’s Day Mass of
Remembrance. For your convenience, All Soul’s Day envelopes will also be available next to the book. The envelopes will be placed on the altar
during the month of November and our loved ones will be prayed for at all the Masses.

EL LIBRO DE LA MEMORIA Remebering a nuestros seres queridos difuntos
La Memoria del Libro está en la Capilla de la Madre para el mes de octubre. Por favor, siéntete libre de escribir en el libro los nombres de
aquellos que amas que han fallecido. El libro será presentado en la Misa de Recuerdo del Día del Alma. Para su comodidad, todos los sobres del
Día del Alma también estarán disponibles al lado del libro. Los sobres serán colocados en el altar durante el mes de noviembre y nuestros seres
queridos serán orados por todas las misas.
DESPLAZAMIENTO DE NOMBRES Los nombres para el rollo y la ayuda del culto son para aquellos que han
fallecido entre el 1 de noviembre de 2016 y el de octubre de 2017
Registrarse los fines de semana será después de todas las misas en:
14 y 15 de octubre y 21 y 22 de octubre O tienes que llamar

La fecha límite para el envío de nombres para el desplazamiento y la ayuda para el culto es el miércoles 25 de octubre.

MISA DE TODO EL ALMA Jueves, 2 de noviembre, 7:00 PM
FLORES Y HONORAR A NUESTRO DECEASED En la Misa del Día del Alma a medida que se anuncia cada nombre, se le invita a llevar una flor al frente de la iglesia. Las flores serán recogidas en cestas por miembros del Comité de Luto y colocadas en jarrones al final
de la misa.
Le invitamos a traer otras flores para los seres queridos que han fallecido y no están en el rollo al final de la llamada de Call of Names.
