Psalm 27:8 says, You have said, “Seek my face.” My heart says to you, “Your face, LORD, do I seek.” Well, just like in the game Marco Polo, we can seek God’s face by turning to face Him and moving towards Him. Turning might mean leaving something or someone behind in order to make Him our focus and vantage point. Once we do, we are able to experience so much more of who He is and we are able to do the things He is calling us to do. Once our heart is in line with Him, we can walk in step with Him. “Fabulous Five” As Reported By RCS Teachers: 1. Mrs. Clausen reports: In Advanced Math, students have been showing off the shapes of parent functions through movement. It has been fun to watch the students get their moves on and see who makes, for example, a cubic function first. Loving the learning through moving! Last week Mrs. Suth reported: AP Literature students wrote their own versions of epic hero poems, and they were worthy of publishing! So this week, we thought that we would publish some of them. 2. Senior Haley Martinez

writes: “In a land far away,

across the glittering sands of the vast desert lies Ashrabar, a vibrant place famed for its beautiful music and skillfully woven tapestries.” Click Here for more 3. Senior Josh Wen writes, “The beast hidden in the shadows. Mighty claws and powerful jaw! Click Here for more 4. Senior Savannah Goodell writes, “In the beautiful land of Laetus, admist rolling, flower- covered hills, as far as the eye could see …” Click Here for more 5. Senior Yaokun Zhi writes: “At the beginning of human civilization, the land was possessed by different tribes, and the chief of tribes always elicited war with other tribes.” Click Here for more
