Under the leadership of UNRC/HC, UNDAC missions seek:• Assessment/Evaluation of capacities of the national disaster

management system, including institutional/legal framework• Recommendations towards strengthening relevant areas, including the

required follow-up for implementation• Recommendations for strengthening the implementation of policies,

legislation and operational aspects• Mission report summarizing analysis and conclusions with a list of

recommendations
