Instructions for the Nutritional Analysis 1. Enter your personal info

2. Start typing in foods/beverages from your list. After you hit “add food” you will choose what specific food (i.e. Wheaties instead of just “cereal”) and how much you ate (i.e. 2 servings of 1 cup each).

3. Continue clicking “add food” until your list is done. For some foods, you might have to add individual ingredients (peanut butter + jam + bread)

4. Finally click “Analyze Foods”
