Dear Readers, You were never supposed to read about my inner most

feelings. I worked really hard to keep my secrets. I feel blessed that God gave me the strength to share my feelings with you. Hopefully, you will find encouragement as you read my life's story.

“A Life Not My Own”, began as a diary. It is the story of my troubled childhood

through my young adult years. Like many, my life has taken many turns.

Some sad and some joyous.

She was abusive ‘Girrrrl, I will beat your ass into bad health!” “Mack, go ahead hit her, and Tina you bet not

hit him back!”

She was a drug addict… “I may be using drugs, but my children are

clean, well-mannered and go to school everyday”

She was alone “Tina, I got to go now”, he said sadly.

Tina knew HUNGER

“SSHHH, be quiet boy! You want to eat, don’t you? Tina said as she and her brother rummaged through the alley trashcans.

“It’s 6:30 in the morning! Does your mother know where you are? The teacher asked Tina and her brother as they hungrily waited for school breakfast to begin.
