INTRODUCTION
Hey AIESEC!
Thank you for showing your interest in being a part of the national team of AIESEC in Sweden. For the MC team 2016/17, it is an immensepleasure to open these NST positions. We are truly excited to have the opportunity to gather a team of extraordinary and passionate people thatwill work together with us from the very first day of our term.
The roles you will find in these booklet are not just simple positions; they were designed to challenge you, to develop you, to give you thefreedom to explore your potential and develop your skills, while working together with the MC team in achieving our vision and goals for AIESECin Sweden this year.
As an entity, AIESEC in Sweden is strongly devoted to leadership development as the core of what we do, and this goes for our NST as well. Wehave designed these positions with YOU in mind and we want to ensure that by taking on this opportunity, you will have a truly amazingexperience and develop new skills and competencies.

- Creating & managing the national fundraising tool
- Identify & target suitable foundations for AIESEC projects
- Evaluate success & failure of each application for future reference
- Support LCs in grants apps- Follow up and improve on
organizational best practice in creating and filling applications
- Writing fundraising applications- Collaboration with MCVP F to achieve a
fixed goal of fundraising income for the MC- GCP & BCP sharing and progress recording
