It provides personal, social, emotional, academic, talent, career, service learning, and educational developmental lifespan services and opportunities. The NLRC offers learning assistance for those clients, who are exhibiting learning dysfunction (e.g. underachievement, disengagement, etc.). CLEI AdministrationThe CLEI is a nonprofit organization that focuses on the development and empowerment of the human potential. It provides personal, social, emotional, academic, talent, career, service learning, and educational developmental lifespan services and opportunities. The CLEI Administration building houses the overall administrative and operational management and the following CLEI components: the Training, Research, Development, Evaluation and Community Development Services Complex (TRDECDSC) department , Central and Support Operations and the BEACON (Business, Education, Arts and Community Outreach Network) Locator office.

Multidisciplinary Evaluation, Diagnostic, Prescriptive, and Ancillary Services Complex (MEDPASC)®

The MEDPASC building houses comprehensive personal, psychological, academic, intellectual, neurodevelopmental, medical, and specialized diagnostic, evaluative, and prescriptive learning services coupled with ancillary therapeutic services (e.g. speech and language, auditory, nutritional, occupational, expressive arts, physical, brain developmental, etc. therapies). The diagnostic, evaluative, and ancillary therapy staff offices are located here.

The Nautilus Learning Resource Center (NLRC)®The NLRC is a specialized educational center focusing on comprehensive therapeutic services and opportunities for PreK-Adult clients with diagnosed specific learning disabilities (e.g. dyslexia, processing, etc.) and/or AD/HD. The NLRC offers learning assistance for those clients, who are exhibiting learning dysfunction (e.g. underachievement, disengagement, etc.). This Center provides day school and after school personalized learning plans and instruction, talent and career development, continuous professional development, parent/guardian training and support services, summer programming as well as community outreach services.

The Phoenix Learning Resource Center (PLRC)®The PLRC is a specialized center focusing on therapeutic services and opportunities for PreK-Adult clients with diagnosed autism spectrum disorders (ASD) or emotional trauma. The PLRC offers a specialized program for qualifying moderate (e.g. learning disabilities) to high functioning (e.g. Asperger’s) clients with ASD. The PLRC provides a separate specialized program (The Trauma Center) for clients, who have experienced emotional traumas and are in need of specialized therapies to help them effectively come to terms with their traumas (e.g. abuse, post-traumatic stress, grief, emotional baggage, etc.) and live functional, productive, and proactive lives. The Trauma Center, also, provides trained personnel for traumatic crisis situations throughout the community.

The ASPIRE (Achieving Scholarly Potential by Innovatively Reaching towards Excellence) Learning & Research Center (ALRC)®

The ALRC is a multidivisional complex offering educational and career development services and opportunities emphasizing talent development of qualifying and selected children and adults demonstrating serious interest and talent in one or more of the following areas of concentration: Center for the Arts and Communications Studies, Center for Business and Law Studies, Center for Health and Medical Studies, Center for Athletic (Body & Mind) Studies, Center for STEM Studies. Each Center provides opportunities at the precollegiate (4th-12th grade), collegiate level (undergraduate and graduate levels), and adult level (young, middle, and senior adults in the community at large) of study and progression. The ALRC promotes an interactive, engaging, and challenging learning atmosphere that nurtures and showcases talent as well as facilitates a talented career development pipeline for our community.

The Achievement Center (AC)®The AC provides at-risk prevention/intervention full-service programming that highlights personal, socioemotional, academic, talent, career, service learning and educational development services/opportunities for PreK-Senior Citizen clients. The High Flight® program provides comprehensive at-risk prevention services/opportunities supporting individuals’ efforts to achieve and succeed despite the presence of obstacles/dysfunctions. The AIM HIGH Legal Eagle® program provides comprehensive at-risk intervention services/opportunities assisting clients to progressively achieving their true potential and functional lifestyles. All programming is developed through the AC and implemented through the Community Interactive Neighborhood Learning and Opportunity Resource Centers (CINLORCs). Additional service programs are provided.

Rainbow Career Academy (RCA)®The RCA is a 21st century PreK-12 career and talent development independent school program for selected clients to progress through their personal, socioemotional, academic, intellectual, and talent developmental milestones as they become college, career and life ready for their personal, educational, and occupational futures. Students are immersed in their personalized, challenging, and standards-based studies from PreK to 12th grade level and will progressively demonstrate their ability to be competent and proficient in each subject area and at each “grade” level. All RCA students are placed in college and/or career preparatory dual enrollment programs during their last two years with the Academy prior to graduation.

The Community Interactive Neighborhood Learning and Opportunity Resource Centers (CINLORCs)®

CINLORCs are strategically located throughout the community so as to provide personal, socioemotional, academic, talent, career, service learning, and educational services and opportunities directly into neighborhoods for PreK-Adult clients and their families. In this way, if clients move from one area of the community to another, their CINLORC records will move with them to the current CINLORC, so as not to cause a break in services. The CINLORCs offer counseling, health/nutrition services, financial literacy, academic and educational services/opportunities, preschool, after school and summer programs, senior citizen programs, entrepreneuring training and opportunities, service learning opportunities, and more. While each CINLORC has its own activities schedule, all CINLORCs have networked activities with other CINLORCs as well as participate in monthly, biannual, and annual AC sponsored events.

Rainbochallenge and w Technical University (RTU)®RTU is a 21st century undergraduate and graduate level institution offering Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral degree programs in 21st century careers not usually offered by the higher educational institutions in the community. Additionally, the RTU offers specialized instructional and learning support services for students with specific learning disabilities, attentional disorders, higher functioning autism spectrum disorders and gifted/talented attributes. RTU offers scholarships to qualifying students. All students must meet the specified admissions criteria for entrance and the graduation requirements for degree awarding. The RTU assists graduates with the employment process while attending and upon graduation.

ASPIRE Interactive Learning Museum (AILM)®The AILM provides educational and cultural experiential learning opportunities for children and adults coming from throughout the community and world. The AILM offers interactive learning activitIies, competitions, multicultural learning and culinary cuisine, special events, etc. The AILM provides static and interactive displays, learning stations, demonstrations, etc. targeting STEM (science, technology, engineering, math), social sciences, the arts and humanities. Features include, but are not limited to: exhibits, collections, performances, curators, special group hosting, professional development, field learning excursions, etc. The AILM features a family-oriented educational learning arcade for peer and family learning fun and community, regional, state and national competitions. A gift shop is available as well.

Library & Occupational Resource Information Center (LORIC)®The LORIC houses reference resources covering all subject areas, including topical resources about specific learning disabilities, attention disorders, autism spectrum disorders, emotional traumas, talent development, and career development. The LORIC provides a career development resource area for clients to become more aware of the realities behind their career choices. Additionally, the LORIC provides informational research skills training, resource reference locating assistance, report writing assistance, and other library services.

Cerebral Expressions®, Empowerment Zone®, and Flight HangarCerebral Expressions is the CLEI’s primary retail store that sells CLEI promotional items, educational and learning resources (supplies, classroom and home instructional materials, reference resources, technologies, multimedia resources, educational toys and electronics, etc.), gifts, and other pertinent resources for CLEI personnel and clients’ needs.

The Empowerment Zone coexists with Cerebral Expressions and provides personal/life, emotional, academic/educational, career, and community empowerment tools and resources (books, workbooks, audiovisual, software, etc.) for individuals to achieve their true potential.

The Flight Hangar is part of the Achievement Center and provides instructional and promotional resources for the High Flight and AIM High Legal Eagle CINLORC programs.

The stores also feature a small deli and food court for CLEI campus clientele and community citizens. The small deli and food court is located centrally among the store locations.

CLEI’s Eagles Nest Childcare Centers®The Eagles Nest Childcare Centers houses childcare services for CLEI campus and CINLORC clientele. This includes the CLEI staff and the parents/guardians of potential pediatric clients on the main campus and the CINLORC locations. The Eagles Nest Childcare program also provides comprehensive VPK programming and after school programming [After School VOILA (Village of Opportunity via Interactive Learning and Achievement)] throughout the school year for children grades 1-8 as well as services throughout the summer for preschool through 8th grade students.

CLEI Conference and Convention Center (CCC)®The CCC is a state of the art conference and convention center that features physical technological elements affording both presenters and attendees the best of their conference and convention experience. The CCC provides a full-time staff of conference planners and organizers, a staffed business services center, dining facilities and continuous refreshment services, on-site standard conference technologies and skilled technicians, dedicated conference and meeting rooms with and without moveable walls, built-in amplified sound, in-room phone outlets, simultaneous Internet connectivity with videoconferencing capabilities, etc. In addition to the CLEI featured and sponsored professional development conferences, seminars/workshops, symposiums, etc., the CCC hosts CLEI client and personnel focused events, including exhibitions, performances, award banquets, and rites of passage ceremonies featuring their talents and abilities as well as validating their efforts and accomplishments.

Stargazer Interactive Family Learning Center®The Stargazer Interactive Family LearningCenter (SIFLC) is part of the AILM. The SIFLC is like a “casino” and “fun center” for the mind and intellect. The SIFC provides secured child, teen, adult, and family areas for patrons to challenge and test their intellectual, scholastic, and academic knowledge in family-friendly arcade, board, card, virtual, electronic, and face-to-face game competitions. In addition to the daily operations, the SFC hosts weekly, monthly, biannual, and annual family-friendly competitions and tournaments featuring literature, English, the arts and sciences, math, history and geography bees, spelling bees, robotics, scholastic chess, etc. and program formats like Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Family Feud, etc. with awards and prizes. National educationally-oriented competitions can be hosted by the SIFC as well. The purpose is not only to provide family educational entertainment, but to promote the enjoyment and necessity for knowledge, critical thinking, problem solving, and family cohesiveness.
