A historic exhibition…Ever since 1969, when it was held for the

first time in the historic Zappeion Megaron

Hall of Athens, the Xenia exhibition has

contributed significantly to the improvement

of hotel infrastructure and tourist services in

Greece. The Xenia trade show has been

developed throught the years alongside

Greek Tourism, as a pioneer in organizing

special events and implementing

innovative exhibition practices.

During this whole time, the exhibition has

established itself as the essential annual

meeting place for professionals of the

Tourism industry and their suppliers. For

more than 40 years, Xenia has been the

Provisions to exhibitors

METROPOLITAN EXPO is the largest, most modern and functional venue for

exhibitions, conferences and events in Greece. It is located in a privileged

location, next to the Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” with

quick access via subway, bus, airplane and car and a spacious parking overing

an overall area of 100.000 sp.m. Designed to the highest standards, ensuring

thus functionality, flexibility and aesthetic integrity of facilities. It is located at the

end of Attiki Odos, 1 km after the “El. Venizelos” airport. There is a shuttle bus

connection to the exhibition center every 5 minutes from the airport.
