The above submissions are mandatory.

2) The Bidder should have experience of similar type and nature of workscompleted in last 5 years. 50% valuation will be considered in case of

works completion certificate issued by organizations other thanGovt.lGovt. Undertaking agencies.

3) Joint Venture/Consortium are not permitted.

Notes:

1) For qualification, on-line submission shall be accompanied by attestedcopies of all documents mentioned in Mandatory Eligibility Criteria suchRegistration in appropriate Class & Category, GST Registration

Certificate/GST No., valid Bank Solvency Certificate of minimum Rs.5lakhs issued within twelve (12) months before the date of hand over ofprepared documents, Income Tax Permanent Account No., list of technicalstaff, list of plant, machinery and equipments, list of works & it'smagnitude executed in last 5 (five) years along with work completioncertificates, list of works in hand.

The applicant should also produce original documents for verification ifcalled for. Failure to attach necessary documents with application willrender applicant not eligible for qualification of Bid without anyintimation.

2) In case of damaged documents/non openable documents / relevant balancedocuments of already uploaded documents not found after opening oftechnical bids, then the hard copies of that documents shall be acceptedsubjected to such documents shall be possessed by the bidder before thedate of e-hand over of prepared documents.

3) CIDCO reserves right to reject any or all Bids without assigning any reasonand the same shall be at the entire discretion of CIDCO. CIDCO'sdecision in this respect shall be final and binding.

4) Conditional Bids shall be summarily rejected.

5) Bidder will not be eligible to participate for bidding, if

i) the bidder is deemed by law unable to pay his debts as they fall due, orenters into voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy, liquidation or dissolution(other than a voluntary liquidation for the purpose of amalgamation or

reconstruction), or becomes insolvent, or makes an arrangements with, orassignment in favour of, his creditors, or agree to carry out the biddingunder a committee of inspection of his creditors, or if a receiver,administrator, trustee or liquidator is appointed over any substantial part ofhis assets, or if, under any law or regulation relating to reorganization,arrangement or readjustments of debts, proceedings are commencedagainst the bidder or resolutions passed in connection with dissolution orliquidation or if any steps are taken to enforce any security or interest overa substantial part of the assets of the bidder, or if any act is done or eventoccurs with respect to the bidder, or if any act is done or event occurs withrespect to the bidder or his assets which, under any applicable law has asubstantially similar effect to any of the foregoing acts or events, then thebidder is not eligible to participate in bidding process.

ii) Blacklisted/debarred/convicted contractor(s) are not eligible to participatein the bidding process. Intending bidders should furnish the affidavit dulynotarised on an appropriate value of stamp paper as per Sr. No.5 of Notesof NIB.

6) The offer shall remain valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) daysfrom the later date specified in the e-handover of the prepared document.

7) EMD to be paid via online Payment Gatewaymode only. The information ofE-payment Gateway available on E-Tendering Websitehttp://cidco.maharashtra.etenders.in

The Bidder eligible on the basis ofCIDCO's registration and having fixed EMDwith CIDCO will have to upload EMD Exemption Certificate 1 B.G. in theTechnicalEnvelope. In case the agencywho have fixed EMD for an amount lessthan required EMD, will have to pay the full amount of EMD (No part paymentshall be allowed). The Bidders who are eligible for issue of Bid documenton thebasis of registration other than CIDCO registration, shall be eligible for availingthe facilityof EMD Exemption asmentioned above.
