Story of quitting (03:30) - Got to executive level. Executive since 22. Realized only woman, only person of

color, youngest by 30-35 years. Say huge disconnect between Millennials and Executives. Saw a gap she

could fill.

Story of Selling (05:00 - 12:00) - Says the COO of the company that acquired The Aziza Group saw her

post a bunch of stuff about millennials on LinkedIn then reached out to her about signing a contract to

work with her. Then one week later COO decided that he no longer wanted to contract with her but

wanted her to come on as a full time employee. Weird back and forth. COO declined to contract with her

but two weeks later her lawyer received an intent to purchase. Had a time of 11 folks that worked for her.

She said no the first time. She said lawyer reached out her to her again. They made a second offer. She

had meeting with mentor (female) who told her to take offer if it’s at a certain amount. Said she

restructured business and gave her team ownership percentage in the event a third offer would occur.

Third offer came in and she said condition was to make sure her team was kept for a year. They agreed.

After the sale, one of her friends said, “you know what you’re doing, just be a business coach.” That’s

how aSquaredCoach was born.

• 5:30 Said she quit because the owner of the company said he was going to buy a boat for an

island that he and his wife had already purchased during a previous month. He pulls out the

phone to shows pictures of the island he purchased.

Midnight Millionaire website. Promotes the idea that you can and should make more than $100k per

month.
