Summary• National Election

– Results were excellent– Automated process was almost flawless– Turn-out very disappointing – we will analyze this

• Board Election– Results were excellent– Embarrassment of riches – good problem to have– Good luck Karen!!

• Results: Reasonably balanced Board of Directors– Would like more small business & Government representation

• Thanks and appreciation to the N&E Committee– Fantastic dedication and hard work
