Nitee Inc., is a professional accounting firm established by persons having a collective professional experience of over 40 years in providing specialized services in the field of Management Audits, Taxation, Company Law Matters, Corporate Services, Labour Laws, Project Development and Financial Consultancy. The firm is managed by three consultants and has over twenty audit staff members supported by additional five office staff members The consultants have a wide experience in Taxation, Statutory Audits, Management and Internal Audits, System Consultancy, ERP Implementation, Statutory/ Revenue Audits of Banks and expertise in liaison with PF, ESI, Labour Law Departments. Labour and Personnel Laws The firm handles assignments in respect of Labour laws and Allied

Statutes and has personnel having in-depth knowledge of the Statutes

and expertise in day to day interaction with respective authorities. This includes services in relation to PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, Shops and Establishment Act, Building and

other Workers Act among others.

Corporate Advisory and Transaction Support The Firm has helped Clients incorporate legal entities in India. For

Overseas Clients, the Firm assists in conducting due diligence

audits, liaison activities with the FIPB, RBI and the Registrar of

Companies.

The firm is also involved in providing assistance for corporate business and financial planning, valuation, business strategy assessment and risk management. The firm undertakes preparation of

project reports and assists in obtaining finance from different

sources.

SCOPE OF SERVICES Payroll Processing Outsourcing We have expertise in payroll processing of large and medium enterprises. Payroll outsourcing involves delegating payroll

administration to us with the aim of cutting costs, lowering risks,

maintaining payroll confidentiality and to get better services. It

also includes salary restructuring(making it more tax friendly),

deposit and returns associated with salary deductions including TDS,

PF, ESI etc.

ERP Implementation We help organizations plan and manage their ERP implementation projects to realize increased benefits and minimize disruption and

delays associated with the purchase of enterprise software. Our ERP implementation service offering includes complete ERP project

management and support for larger organizations, as well as rapid ERP

implementation and ERP workshops for organizations of all sizes.

METHODOLOGY The Firm adopts the following methodology in carrying out their Audit

assignments:

Understanding the business operations and financial transactions

associated with the business operations.

Identifying internal controls that are in operation and mapping

these to requirements of the industry.

Understanding the accounting processes to ensure that transactions

are recorded timely, correctly, and that accounting records can

consistently provide accurate financial statements. Building Audit programs consistent with business practices and

risk assessments associated with the business operations.

Reviewing key arrangements which impact the company commercially

and suggest improvements in handling accounting and management

risks inherent in them. Complete review of Corporate Governance and legal compliance

arrangements.

Building compliances with GAAP and IFRS, keeping the organization

abreast of these issues through constant interaction with the

company’s finance & accounts function and the audit committees.

APPROACH On the basis of a preliminary survey, a proposal is submitted

detailing the draft terms of reference, methodology to be adopted,

staff & time requirements and an estimate of fees.

This proposal, after acceptance, is followed by a more detailed work programme which is discussed with the client and agreement obtained.

Once the assignment is initiated the progress is periodically

reviewed with the client. On conclusion of fieldwork, the

observations and recommendations are thoroughly discussed with the

concerned executives and modified, if necessary, in order to improve

utility. This is followed by a formal report.

The firm believes in developing a long-term association with the

clients. With this view, close interaction is maintained on a

continuous basis after conclusion of the assignment or in case of

regular work, throughout the association.
