MBA in Professional Accounting The MBA in Professional Accounting program is a 66-credit program that balances accounting theory and practice, and prepares students for the New Jersey CPA Exam, all within 14 months, starting in May. With its multidisciplinary, technologically sophisticated approach, and strong emphasis on international accounting standards, the program provides students with a wide range of career opportunities. Curriculum continued u Faculty Profile: Alexander Sannella Professor Sannella is currently a Professor of Accounting at the Rutgers Business School and the Director of the MBA in Professional Accounting Program and the Director of the Rutgers Business School Teaching Excellence Center. He received his Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from New York University and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant. Dr. Sannella has over 40 years teaching experience at the university level and over 24 years’ experience in developing and teaching commercial and investment bank training programs. His training programs include courses designed for financial analysts, associates and special programs for sales and trading professionals.
