Experience Canada’s largest VQA Icewine and table wine tasting from over 35 wineries. Icewine, Late Harvest, Sparkling wine and premium red and white wines will be showcased throughout the evening alongside Niagara Casinos’ top chefs as they create mouthwatering dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

This year, enjoy culinary delights from sea to sea to sea. Guests will enjoy dishes inspired by each province and territory in Canada, surrounded by a landscape of colour and texture that represents our great nation. Masterfully crafted ice sculptures join inspired installations that transform the Grand Hall into a glamourous black tie affair.

This year the Authentically Canadian theme will carry through to the auction experience and the amazing treasures that are available for bidding. The evening’s entertainment by Sandy Vine and The Midnights and Piano Great Frank Krahn will keep you on the dance floor until the clock strikes 10pm!
