Westmorland Presbyterian Church Celebrates 100 years of service to our Community! On January 23, 2011, a celebration service and dinner was held for the Church’s 100 th Birthday Anniversary. 100 guests attended the tribute to founding fathers and mothers and enjoyed a delicious meal following the program. NEWS LETTER/FEBRUARY 2011 On January 5, 2011, Mayor Graham on behalf of the Westmorland City Council and staff presented 35-year Retiree Joe Diaz with appreciation & outstanding Community Service plaques for his dedicated service to the City of Westmorland. The City of Westmorland has scheduled its Spring Clean up day for City Residents who pay a trash bill ONLY on Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 7:00am. to 12:00 noon.
