Dear Friends, Greetings to you all in our Lord Jesus Christ. We praise God when we think of you and all your prayers and support. Your prayers and financial support are a sweet smelling offering to God in support of the proclamation of His Gospel and the spreading of His fame among the nations. This year we held our Evangelism Training Seminar two weeks earlier than usual and the first day was Memorial Day. The result was a much smaller class but God brought those He wanted there. All the students were exceptional and were a tremendous blessing to work with. The Washington, DC seminar has been very fruitful since we started four years ago. Since we started the class here two have joined OAC staff and are currently interning here in Maryland and this year three more will be going to Candidate School to consider coming on board in October. Please pray for God’s will as we only want those who are called by God to this ministry to come on staff. September is here and with it a shift of focus. Our team here has now transitioned from summer ministry which is mainly focused on working with youth mission teams and takes place at night to college ministry and weekly Kids’ Bible Clubs. College ministry is always challenging as most university professors hold Christianity in contempt and will go out of their way to promote all other religions. The result is America has become more spiritual but less Christian. We have the privilege of going to campuses and sowing the seed of the Gospel and challenging the godless world view most are being indoctrinated with. I have made friends with many students at some of these colleges and look forward to seeing them and watering the seeds that have already been planted. This fall continuing into spring we will be running two Kids’ Bible Clubs and have the possibility of adding another. The Kids’ Bible Clubs are always a blessing because they are usually eager to learn. Many times they ask theological questions as their souls are hungry for more of God’s truth. This is very encouraging especially after being ridiculed and mocked by college students on a daily basis. Please keep them in your prayers that God will do a great work and that He would bring Children to the clubs that He has prepared for the Gospel. Dear Friends,

Greetings to you all in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Please pray for God’s will as we only want those who are called by God to this ministry to come on staff.

September is here and with it a shift of focus. Ocean City, Maryland has always been a blessing as it is our best ministry location to disciple visiting youth mission teams in reaching their own peers with the Gospel. This year marked the 18th year I have worked with teens there and I can say that some of my best memories in ministry have been there. This year we had four college/teen mission teams join us for the ministry and each team did a great job

learning more about the Gospel, apologetics, and how to preach. Then, like every year, we took them out preaching. For the second year in a row I had the blessing of working with both Ryan and AJ Itzel. These two teens (cousins) have grown so much in their knowledge of the

Gospel and the proclamation of the good news. Teens like these two and many others they represent make me see that in the midst of an ever increasing godless culture God has called a group of young people for His name to proclaim the good news.

Another blessing is the ministry team that God has provided for equipping the saints here in Maryland. I am thankful for two faithful co-

workers Zane Dempsie and Tom Fox. They have both done a great job helping with the training of visiting teams along with volunteers Mark Johnson, Michael Stockwell, Greg Hunter.

And I must not forget two wonderful families who provide places to house the teams when they are here. They definitely have a ministry of hospitality. Please pray for the Williams family who have provided four weeks for teams the past three years. Franz Williams is still recovering from cancer surgery. Please pray that God will completely heal this dear friend and saint.
