New Yorker opens shop in Schultheiss Quarter

Berlin, 26 February 2018 – The young fashion company New Yorker opens a 1.031 sqm store in the spring of 2018 in the new shopping and experience centre Schultheiss Quartier, which HGHI Holding GmbH is currently building on the site of the former Schultheiss Brewery in Berlin-Mitte (Turmstraße / corner of Stromstraße).

In its new shop, the Braunschweig-based company presents the latest trends and fashion highlights. The men's and womenswear collections consist of the private labels FSBN, FB Sister, Smog, Amisu as well as a large selection of accessories.

„We are delighted that New Yorkers will be represented in the Schultheiss Quarter. This means that we have already let more than 80 percent of the sales floor space", says Frank Fleck, Director Retail Leasing of the HGHI-Group.

In addition to H&M, the tenants so far have been confirmed to include Alnatura, Berliner Kaffeerösterei, Deichmann, dm-drogerie markt, Douglas, Hunkemöller, Kaufland, Leiser and MediaMarkt.

The Schultheiss Quarter, designed by Max Dudler Architects in Berlin, contributes with its diversity and a modern and unique mix of tenants to the upgrading of the up-and-coming, fast-growing district of Moabit in the Berlin-Mitte district. The location is only two kilometres from Berlin's main railway station and is optimally connected to the public transport system by numerous bus and underground lines.
