Established in 2014 According to Emiri Decree (55) for 2014 by H.H Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohamed Al
Qasimi Ruler of Sharjah.
SPSA’s vision is to reach a zero harm environment, this is achievable by collaboration of governmental
and private entities in the Emirate to implement the best OHS Standards across all sectors.
Our goal is to raise awareness across the society regarding OHS, through training and awareness
sessions, safety inspection tours and contribute into minimizing public and property related incident in
order to raise public safety standards.
SPSA is responsible to implement, monitor & offer advisory services to any OHS related issue in the
Emirate of Sharjah.
Scope:AMAN is a 24/7 communicator device that integrates fire alarm systems with a central monitoring centre. T his enables Sharjah C ivil Defence to centrally monitor, detect and report to any fire alarm emergencies from buildings located in various parts of the emirate of Sharjah, ensuring the safety of people and assets.
L eg islation:Based on the decision of the Executive C ouncil of the Emirate of Sharjah No. (20) for the year 2019 it is mandatory to install a safety system in all types of facilities.
Overview:T he system ensures rapid response in the event of fire, by linking fire-fighting systems in the facility to the operations center of the G eneral D irectorate of C ivil Defense in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Present the invoice and AMAN Payment Reportto Sharjah Civil Defense to receive the building Compliance Certificate
AMAN Technicians will conduct an assessment of the building(s) and leave a report
Rectify any issues outlined in the assessment report
Reschedule the site visit(s) once all items on the assessment report are complete
AMAN Technicians will return on the scheduled date to install the communicator device

Installation R equirements
What is the C ost?
4200 AED is the cost to install the communicator which includes:• Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, monitoring of communication system• T he communicator device with 3 years of manufacturer warranty • 1 year of maintenance on the communicator device• 2 Assessments of your building to determine if the communicator can be installed
450 AED is the cost for an additional assessment • T he AMAN technicians will come prepared to install the communicator device when you
schedule an appointment. T hey will allow 2 site visits as assessments. By the third site visit, the building should be in proper condition for installation. If it is again not ready by the third site visit, you will have to rectify the items and pay 450 AED before you can re-schedule the installation.
1500 AED is the cost for maintenance starting year 2 and onwards
T he above costs are fixed regardless of the size of your building. T he above is not inclusive of VAT which will be applied.
Scope:Salama Preventive Training Institute has been accredited by SPSA to reduce occupational health and safety hazards by introducing mandatory special training programs for employees in the Emirate of Sharjah based on Sharjah Executive C ouncil R esolution No. (21) of 2019.
L eg islation:Based on the decision of the Executive C ouncil of the Emirate of Sharjah No. (31) of 2018 to issue the necessary permits for the parties wishing to practice preventive training activity.
