Governing Council met last night and decided that the school closure for our local day of significance will be held on the Tuesday following the June long weekend. (13th June—week 7). Next Governing Council meeting will be 21st June 2017. Please note the changes to the direct Smoky Bay bus run for weeks 5 and 6. These are listed in the diary dates section. Students completed NAPLAN testing last week and showed great persistence in working through the tests. Results will not be received until term 3 and will be sent home once they are available. The school will be holding an auction day in term 3 (Friday week 2). We will send out more details closer to the time. Next week looks like an exciting week for Dream Big. Hopefully everyone is busily prac- ticing their talent for the show!! Any talented community members that want a shot at the limelight on the Miltaburra Stage, please con- tact the senior class and put your name on the list of outstanding talent. Week 3 already! Governing Council met last night and decided that the school closure
