Pipeline Applications• NanoSolTM is perfectly suited for pipeline operations with a focus on areas where

the transport lines are exposed to, or in the vicinity of bodies of water.

• The product mitigates the effects of any spills on land and can effectively contain any oil in water leaving only trace amounts.

• In addition to emergency spill response, NanoSolTM is a strong option during the construction phase or repair of any new or existing lines. Deployment of NanoSolTM in direct contact with the pipe within the trench in strategic areas in and around bodies of water can act as a temporary stop gap measure or reservoir to mitigate the effects of a line rupture.

• There are in excess of 2,500,000 miles of pipeline throughout North America alone with additional facilities in Mexico, Central and South America.

• Transportation of oil throughout these areas is in excess of 12 billion barrels of petroleum each year in North America.

Rail Industry• The transportation of crude oil has

grown substantially in the last years and is poised to increase further with numerous oil trans loading facilities are in various stages of development throughout the Americas.

• Hundreds of thousands of miles of rail are presently in place throughout the Americas that are transporting oil, liquids and other hazardous materials on a daily basis.

• NanoSolTM is easily transportable and well suited for storage in select locations or to be hauled concurrently for emergency deployment in the event of a derailment or spill.
