Rule IV Section 3 (d) of the same IRR, provides that "All agencies shall submit to the Authority within ninety (9Q) working days from the effectivity of these rules and regulations or from the issuance of a new Citizen's Charter template by the Authority, a new Citizen's Charter based on the requirements of the Act" or unti106 November 2019.

In view of this, you are hereby directed to submit the NIA Citizen's Charter Manual on or before 04 November 2 a 19.
