MORTGAGE LENDER AND TITLE COMPANY TEAM UP TO ASSIST THE HOMELESS Mortgage Network, Inc. volunteers meet at Crossroads Rhode Island to assemble Welcome Home Kits for underserved families moving into new apartments and homes Danvers, MA – September 26, 2014 ─ Mortgage Network, Inc. employees and Equity National Title teamed up at Crossroads Rhode Island, in Providence to assemble Welcome Home Kits containing essentials for those at-risk families who frequently arrive at the shelter without basic necessities. After the supply room was filled with kits, the group prepared meals for residents at Crossroads Rhode Island. Jesse Kenner, a branch manager (NMLS# 441842) at Mortgage Network commented, “These kits are such an important part of helping families adapt. Silverware, soap and paper towels are key but pajamas and books for bedtime stories really help a family arriving for the first time.” Sally Herreid, (NMLS# 1024008) a sales manager for Mortgage Network was also present. “It was great to team up with Equity National Title to work with Crossroads Rhode Island,” said Herreid. “It is a wonderful experience to assist people in crisis who need shelter.” About Crossroads Rhode Island Crossroads Rhode Island is a non-profit organization that works with volunteers and outside donations to help homeless families in Providence and throughout Rhode Island. Danvers, MA – September 26, 2014 ─ Mortgage Network, Inc. employees and Equity National
Title teamed up at Crossroads Rhode Island, in Providence to assemble Welcome Home Kits
containing essentials for those at-risk families who frequently arrive at the shelter without basic
