Our Tenants• We rent to people who are in transition…meaning

they want to buy but are currently unable and need some time to improve their financial situation

• We also rent to long time renters who will never buy• For Tenants who want to buy, we assist them by

giving them 12-24 months to rent before they buy the house

• We assist Tenants by introducing them to a mortgage broker who assists them in getting a mortgage

OTHER NOTES: Amount of short-term loan required equals 64% of projected "after-repair value" of the property. Recent comps indicate an after repair value of conservative $130K. 2012 County appraisal is $148K. Private lender will have 1st Lien Position on the property.
