2043 DIOCESE OF WHEELING-CHARLESTON – LEASE RENEWAL

The Superintendent recommends the approval of the renewal of the lease agreement with the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston for the use of the

gymnasium for Monongah Middle School for the 2020-21 SY, in the amount of $10,000.00. FUNDING: County.

2044 KNIGHTS OF PYTHIAS – LEASE RENEWAL

The Superintendent recommends the approval of the renewal of the lease agreement with the Knights of Pythias for the parking lot situated by Watson

Elementary School in Fairmont for the 2020-21 SY, in the amount of $4,800.00. FUNDING: County

2045 HOUGH PARK – LEASE RENEWAL

The Superintendent recommends the approval of the renewal of the lease agreement with the Hough Park for the use of the gymnasium for Mannington

Middle School for the 2020-21 SY, in the amount of $12,000.00. FUNDING:

County.

2046 ST PATRICK CATHOLIC CHURCH – LEASE RENEWAL The Superintendent recommends the approval of the renewal of the lease

agreement with the St. Patrick Catholic Church for the use of the parking lot for Mannington Middle School for the 2020-21 SY, in the amount of $200.00 per

month. FUNDING: County.

2047 VIGLIANCO PROPERTIES – LEASE RENEWAL The Superintendent recommends the approval of the renewal of the lease

agreement with the Viglianco Properties for the use of the parking lot located on Locust Avenue/Field Street for White School for the 2020-21 SY, in the amount

of $12,588.00. FUNDING: County.

2048 ERIC EFAW – LEASE RENEWAL

The Superintendent recommends the approval of the renewal of the lease agreement with Eric Efaw for the use of the Parking lot on High Street and

Virginia Avenue, Mannington for the 2020-21 SY, in the amount of $5,400.00. FUNDING: Transportation.

2049 BONNIE TOOTHMAN – LEASE RENEWAL

The Superintendent recommends the approval of the renewal of the lease agreement with Bonnie Toothman use of the building on Minor Street, Fairmont

from May 1, 2020 – April 30, 2021, in the amount of $58,800.00. FUNDING: Maintenance.

2050 BONNIE TOOTHMAN – LEASE RENEWAL

The Superintendent recommends the approval of the renewal of the lease agreement with Bonnie Toothman use of the 1.6329 acres on Minor Avenue,

Fairmont from May 1, 2020 – April 30, 2021, in the amount of $13,800.00. FUNDING: Maintenance.

2051 MATZ EQUIPMENT – CHALLENGER 4 PC MOBILE COLUMN SET

The Superintendent recommends the approval of the bid from Matz Equipment to purchase a Challenger 4 pc Mobile column, in the amount of $32,450.00.
