We were just staring at the dancefloor, thinking about how it was going to feel in two days. One of our best friends stood up and said she would be back in a second, not telling us where she was going. As we later found out, she went into one of the always-present festival shops and found a jukebox there. But then, while she was still gone, we suddenly heard ‘Paradise City’ from Guns ‘n’ Roses. Most of the Rocks and stones that make up the Wheel of Wisdom structure are carried by participants and filled with Prayers for greater human consciousness for the Earth and her basic elements: Fire, Water, Earth and Air. Such Pilgrims also put personal kinds of prayers and intentions into the rocks as well. The Wheel as a whole carries all prayers and intentions that all participants have ever put into them; thus, the Wheel has grown, year by year, rock by rock and prayer by prayer. Prayer in the sense that we use it at W.o.W. is non-denominal and is addressed to the limitless Universal Consciousness we have sometimes referred to as ‘Great Spirit’. In the above picture you can see people carrying great big stones and much smaller rocks, all are important con-tributions, a connecting force that connects participants to the Wheel in a psycho-physical-spiritual way, making it their Wheel. We invite you to come to The Wheel of Wisdom Program; bring a rock from your home for the Wheel; absorb the Wisdom of the Wheel as we teach you through our lectures the basic meanings W.o.W. represents. Then, allow yourself, through your intuitive imagination, to participate so fully in the W.o.W. ritual that you feel its connective power with the Universe, the Earth, and yourself. This way, you can be restored, rebalanced, and perhaps transformed. The W.o.W. program begins on the second day of the festival, Tuesday, July 30, at the Pyramid, from 2:00-4:30 and continues for a total of five consecutive days. You will receive the most in-formation if you attend all five days, but you may come as many or as few times as you wish. You will learn something different from each day, as we move around the Wheel, teaching you about seven levels of consciousness and ways for you to become the best human being you possibly can be. Additionally, if we have inspired you to explore such transformational possibilities more deeply, you can join the W.o.W. Initiates Program, see the article in the online Prophet ‘Dare the Ordeal of Initiation’ for more details.

The first day of the Wheel of Wisdom Program (W.o.W.) Tuesday July 30, 2019, 2:30 at the Pyramid, is the ONLY day you can become a part of the W.o.W. Initiate’s Program. As an Initiate you will be invited to go deeper into the consciousness awakening information that the more general Wheel of Wisdom Program in-troduces. If you want your path of awakening Initiated, be there! See the online July Ozorian Prophet, for a fuller description of what the Initiate’s Program is all about.

Goa Anjuna

A wonderful clockwork was set into motion when in 2012 the very first One Day in Goa took place at the Blue Waves beach shack on Morjim Beach, where lineuppers included Tristan, Nigel, Govinda, Ajja, Para Halu and Arjuna. Next year, One Day in Goa ‘13 rumbled on to Anjuna Beach, joined by heavyweight home-basers like Shpongle, Giuseppe Parvati, Starling and Rowan… and continued blasting Shiva Valley, for One Day, with special Goan-Ozorian selections of superb artists and out-of-this-world stompers for another five years in a row.

As the 2019 festival edition was built around the inspiration of the many ‘bridges’ connecting us – one of the strongest of which is music itself, the festival team decided to ‘ozora-bridge’ the continental gap between our psy-tribe’s summer and winter sanctuar-ies and bring One Day in Goa to this side of the globe. This way the part of the tribe that hadn’t yet been able to experience the Goan-style magical vibe first-hand could also have their blissful, blastful share, here in the Ozorian Valley instead of Shiva Valley for a celebratory change. Though there was no ocean nearby as in Goa, funnily

enough, we were drenched in a sea-load of the first rainfall Ozora cannot seem to do without, which brought the tribes gathering under the Goan-Ozorian flag even closer in the embrace of the ethereal Dome, with a much similar crowdedness. While writing these lines, the atmosphere is still sizzling on the dancefloor, making this first 24-hour pre-party a memorable one to kick off this anniversary-filled festival edition. What’s more, it’s pretty great to catch the Goan faces all around our Ozorian home… we could say it’s a double home-coming experience:)

“Oh, here we are at the bridge. I'm going to shut my eyes tight. I'm always afraid going over bridges. I can't help imagining that perhaps, just as we get to the middle, they'll crumple up like a jackknife and nip us. So I shut my eyes. But I always have to open them for all when I think we're getting near the middle. Because, you see, if the bridge did crumple up I'd want to see it crumple. What a jolly rumble it makes! I always like the rumble part of it. Isn't it splendid there are so many things to like in this world?”

My theory and commitment built upon it, according to which sciences need a human-centred interpreta-tion, namely that modern rationality can be explored through heart and soul, has been present in the pages of this newspaper for three years now. There’s a lot happening in scientif-ic areas separate from us, but their existence and the achievements mean a tangible reality, and, with holistic

dynamics, they help us through our spiritual walks. Important stages on the road are when we recognize the forces that surround and connect us, the hidden or visible dimensions that carry energy and impulses, thereby providing us with a space that ma-terially exists. These networks are systems that influence us, and their content and quality affect us whether we are aware of them or not. One thing is certain and important; the process of raising awareness always creates connecting points, building psychological bridges through which

we can live in clear and spacious mental spaces. It is a strange un-dertaking because boundlessness is trapped between words, and inter-pretation carries a sometimes-ach-ing pain when we think of the many treasures we have received with existence, which many times our humanity suffers from. In this process, one of the biggest and most powerful nodal energy fields there to help me, and to which I have had the pleasure of joining, is this festival, O.Z.O.R.A. – with all the wonders of being together and experiencing

it – and one of the greatest oracles I know, whose figure reaches all the way to the sky by now: Our Geri, aka Olrajt, the Ozorian Prophet himself, to whom we owe this newspaper, is our immortal editor who is currently active in another space, but all the features of continuity are his.

Thank you and greetings our Sweet Geri, we welcome you again this year among us, never be further from where you are now.

Dear Friends

Once upon a time a bunch of Weirdo Life-lov-ing Music Pirates gathered in a little Valley in Hungary. It all began with a Total Solar Eclipse exactly 20 Years ago here… In 1999 the total Solar Eclipse happened on August 11, at Leo 18 degrees, and it was an asso-ciated Grand Cross aspect in Fixed Signs. A rare and intense constellation. We mostly have 2 solar eclipses in a Year, which always happen at a New Moon. Just after the July - Eclipse Season 2019, we can say that this was perhaps the most chal-lenging month of the year for all of us. Next to the two eclipses (Sun and Moon), there was a wave holding us back in many ways: Mercury retro-grade conjunct Mars for two weeks! But we are over it, and it feels like the Year has just begun. As Eclipses are always a closure or door to another realm or cycle, they are also a break in continuity. Breakthrough or a break up in our personal lives, with something meaningless… (ask yourself sometimes what your intentions really mean for you? what is your intention based on?)

Today, the Moon is continuing her journey on the Milky Way – the Way of Gods. These energies lift us, we can use them to connect with our higher self, support us to grow and rise. It motivates us to, somehow, overcome our old patterns,

behaviour, fears and losses. To just leave everything behind now. Decide finally to think different! The Moon is in Gemini/Cancer Zodiac Sign, but passing the hand the Archer constellation in Hungarian culture. This is a symbol of letting go as well. And why is this constellation so

special for us Hungarians? Our solar system was born and started its own journey 8 million years ago from the Orion Cloud. Since it is still forming and moving – like everything in the Universe

– it is headed up towards to the environs

of the Vega star in

the

Lyra con-

stellation. Nimrod is the

forefather of our nation, the father of Hunor and Magor. Sagittarius, as a fire sign, cleanses and gives energy. The Moon – rep-resenting our unconscious and intuition, is a friendly influenced. The time is perfect for socializing and meeting friends in a light!

Leo season is, anyway, about and for having fun with friends and being expressive. There’s only one challenge that we have to keep in mind today: Sun Square Uranus, which can give us a strong ego and a need for self-expression but without restriction. Be aware of the tension and hold your horses! Handle this transit with being proactive about positive change. I found a funny report about Solipse Festival – Ozora 1999. Let us enjoy and make it as memorable as in the beginning: “Solipse Festival 1999 brought together some 15,000 devotees from across the world and delivered an unparalleled array of top bands and DJ's. That was a brilliant and memorable experience for the par-ty-goers, peppered with occasional complaints from some of those involved on other levels. The site layout by organizer, Fish (aka William Shakespeare), was nothing short of inspired. I am eternally grateful to the Universe for getting my ass to Hungary for that bliss-filled event, against all odds and "normal" sense.”www.gregorysams.com

Question of the day:

“Should I choose what I amalready familiar with orsomething different?“

After a year of quite heavy and difficult news, every day the Prophet asks an Ozorian: “What makes you optimistic for the future of our world?” There are immense changes happening: things are going meta. Shared economy may very well replace capitalism, and that will mean a more responsible, sustainable way of sharing resources, ideas, solutions: for it is the people, locally, who get to decide, not corporation heads, sitting in ivory towers far away. We can already see the Internet offering us a plethora of great solutions, eco-hacks that can spread around like wildfire in an instant and help millions. The fall of top-down solutions, the democratisation of access means everyone, everywhere has a chance of contributing or making great changes. This is how a frail 16 year-old Swedish schoolgirl could incense a whole world, and be named by an oil company CEO as the “single greatest threat” to their mighty industry. If politics also becomes less top-down and more shared, less resources and people will be needed for the administration and control of people. Products, things are becoming smaller, more energy efficient, and transportation is also being rethought : an end to unnecessary (and polluting) traffic jams is just around the corner with intelligent cars and with many people working from the home.

Blaze

Everything going meta

Connecting people worldwide has always been our ultimate goal, and for this year we’ve chosen our theme to be inspired by the symbolism of BRIDGES. Music, which is perhaps the steadiest bridge of all, connects us regardless of any differences, disre-garding all kinds of barriers and limitations, on a soul-level, with a reality that we don’t have to see to believe in. However, visual and visionary arts also play an irreplaceable role in the psyche-delic experience, by taking our minds on mystical journeys and bending our perception of the surrounding reality. They might open our eyes to a new awakening and make us realize the stiff patterns planted into us by our organised society.2019 is a special year of anniversaries and we decided to raise a bridge between our contemporary Visionary Arts and the origins of this kind of psychedelic sensibility, the 1960s Op Art, with a hugely exciting Victor Vasarely exhibition, and an op art-inspired festival art scene. Our cooperation with the Vasarely family and the museums led us to bring the Ozorian experience to art fans outside of the spheres of the festival scene, and straight into the home of the 'grandfather of Op Art', the picturesque city of Pécs. The event in June that we called ‘OZORA Art Night’ marked the first step towards a more expanded and more connected art presence in and around our gathering, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the open-minded attitude they welcomed us with. In return, we dedicated a new exhibition space for some favored pieces of Victor Vasarely’s life’s work next to the Mirador, our tower art gallery, that will be official-ly opened today, Monday 29th, followed by a guided tour by Veronika Pócs from the Vasarely Museum Budapest. From Tuesday to Saturday the exhibitions and live painting at the Mirador awaits you between 10am and 2am, inviting you into our alternate reality of free self-expression and acceptance, where we can be together as a united global tribe.

MONDAY, JULY 29, 20194

After the traditional Opening Ceremony comes to life again in its ever-changing form, we set off on a mind-bending journey, deep into psychedelic audio-visual diversity and alternative artistic abundance. This evening, our first guides will be Strontium Dogs, aka the world-class duo of Merv Pepler (Eat Static) and Nectarios Meidanis (Martian Arts), both of whom are already well-estab-lished names in the psychedelic community, and who have prepared a once-in-a-lifetime, specially tailored set for this year’s O.Z.O.R.A. Festival. In the past few years at the Dragon Nest, these two acid-techno engineers, who refer to themselves as “mutants, radiation soaked, mis-shapen heathens sent from another world”, have already presented their extraordinary musical project that blends

old-school motives and modern sound-de-sign. Their time-bridging sonic experiment now goes to the holy Many Stage.Strontium Dogs are followed by the legendary Koxbox on stage, whose name may very well sound familiar to all psy-freaks, and who is currently on his milestone 30 anniversa-ry world tour, showcasing three decades of expertise in shaking dancefloors with one-of-a-kind, monumental, pure psychedelic trance. We are more than happy to welcome him back to the Valley with a powerful, special O.Z.O.R.A. 2019 set, when classic and brand-new material will be turned into an unforgettable musical journey through decades of psytrance.

A Howling Opening –Strontium Dogs and 30 Years of KoxBox

So. You have danced, you have seen the sun rise up over the hills, and you have tried you hand at creating a talisman out of crystals at Artibarn. Maybe, even a massage has soothed your tired limbs at our new healing space, Healion. You even had a swim in the lake. If you feel like it, then now may be the time to sashay over to Chambok House, O.Z.O.R.A.’s very own mindspace. In Chambok, through the years we have seen a dazzling array of lectures, giving an extra dimension to all the multisensory experi-ences the Valley has to offer. AFter all, a true rev-olution can only come if the mind, body and soul are all involved. The guys behind Chambok con-centrate on a certain topic a day, taking a look at it from various angles and disciplines through the visions of different lecturers. Then, at the end of each day, they try to clash, smooth over

or just amalgamate the varying positions during one of their excellent and very popular round-table discussions involving all the lecturers of that day. Let’s hear it from Giorgia Gaia, co-curator of Chambok about the topic on Monday: The first day’s topic is called ‘Ecotopia or Eco-dystopia? Conspiring for the Truth.’ After the rise of the Internet – myriads of theories about ecological conditions of our planet Earth are challenging the individual understanding of reality and truth. Everywhere we encounter Flat-Earth theories, computer generated realities, global warming VS geo-engineering, chemtrails, conspiracy theories. Today, we try to answer the question: what is really happening out there?
