New Dental Insurance - AMERITAS!Effective January 1, 2016, Ameritas will be our dental provider. Dental participants will receive a new dental card at the home address on record.Ameritas has a larger network of dentists and lower premiums.The new premiums are as follows:Employee Only$32.38Employee + Spouse$64.78Employee +child(ren)$66.70Employee + Family$96.09

Please discard your Humana Dental ID cards as of January 1, 2016.

Superior Vision Rates Decrease!

Effective January 1, 2016, Superior Vision will reduce your vision premiums. The new premiums are as follows:Employee Only$8.10Employee + Spouse$16.00Employee +child(ren)$15.70Employee + Family$23.86

NO new vision insurance just lower rates!

Loyal American Insurance - Accident Coverage

Currently only hospitalization (Basic Coverage) is covered on our accident policy through Loyal American Insurance.During open enrollment, current participants and new enrollees will have a choice of Basic Coverage or Comprehensive Coverage which includes more than just hospitalization.

CIGNA Disability

The disability premiums will slightly increase for those currently enrolled or for those adding coverage.
