CHANGE TO HOUSING TRASH PICK-UP Before 1 Nov

Residents were required to move their trash/recycle bin to the curb

Contractor picked up refuse and recyclables from the curbside

Refuse and recyclables were picked up once per week

Refuse at the towers is picked up five times per week

Bulk trash is picked up once per month

After 1 Nov Residents are NOT required to

move their trash/recycle bin to the curb

Contractor picks up from the trash shed or in front of the house

Refuse and recyclables are picked up TWICE per week

No change to tower schedule

No change to bulk pick-up schedule

Starting 1 November residents are responsible to:

Place bins in shed/containment area if available, otherwise place in front of residence on their scheduled pick up day

Ensure refuse is in plastic bags Separate recyclables and place in plastic bags

available at Self Help store Place only recyclable items in the blue or

yellow bins Place extra recycling bins by shed/containment

area to be picked up by CE throughout the month of November
