First Served. Fee is PhP12,000/booth.

SPORTS TOURNAMENTThe Convention kicks off with the Golf and

Badminton Tournaments for PICE members.

Chapters are encouraged to form their teams and

participate in the sports activities on June 9,

2010. Team registration starts on May 14, 2010.

PICE STUDENTS’ SUMMITThe Student Members of PICE belonging to 160

chapters will again meet to rekindle their

linkages and discuss ways and explorepossibilities on how they can establish and

promote specialization in the Civil Engineeringprofession thru their Career Development and

Value Formation Program. All Student Chapters

are urged to form their delegation to the

Students’ Summit and experience a new kind of

interaction and camaraderie. Join the 11th

Bridge Building Competition.

CANCELLATIONAny delegate who has paid the necessary

Convention Fee but will be unable to attend maysubmit the name of a substitute or replacement

at any time, IN WRITING, AT LEAST 15DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE

CONVENTION. The fee maybe refunded in full

if cancellation is done 30 days before theconvention. Thereafter a 10% service charge

will be collected. No request for refund will beentertained after the Midyear Convention.
