osing weight is diJcult% sometimesK it takes a few unsuccessful attempts before we
*nall# conquer the battle against the bulge! ?owe"er% it is possible to lose the extra
pounds% get *t and in shape! 8elow are se"eral things to do in order to achie"e that!
 The simplest thing #ou can do is drink a lot of water! &t can6t get easier than that! Leep
#our bod# h#drated while #ou exercise and throughout the da#! 9ater is important as it
helps impro"e #our metabolism% regulate blood circulation and get rid of toxins from the
bod#!
Leep a food +ournal of what #ou eat each da#! This wa#% #ou will be more aware of what
#ou put into #our bod#! 9riting it down helps #ou make better food choices! This is
especiall# useful during the beginning stages of #our *tness plan when #ou are still
tr#ing to shed poor eating habits!
 Though it will be diJcult in the beginning% #ou must exercise selfHcontrol! &nstead of a rice dish for breakfast% ha"e wholegrain toast or #ogurt with fruits! &nstead of white rice
for lunch% tr# brown or parboiled rice for a healthier option! 'at a light meal for dinner
and ha"e it earl# too!
