Brenda Louise Nyeste, aged 56years old, passed away peacefully, sur-rounded by her family, at Coqui-halla/Gillis House on December 26th,2012. Predeceased by her parents Cal-man and Ruth Nyeste, she is survived

by her partner Leo Riendeau, brotherSteven Nyeste (Bernadette), sisterMarilyn Holland (Ken), son JasonNyeste (Jodi), and granddaughtersTaylor and Kiera.

Brenda spent her younger years en-joying the outdoors, including manycamping, hunting and berry picking ad-ventures in the backwoods of the NicolaValley. Even as she struggled with herdeteriorating health due to an early di-agnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, Brendawas always cheerful, and would greether visitors to Coquihalla/Gillis House

with great joy, expressed by a brilliantsmile and a twinkle in her eye. Hergreatest loves were T.T., Leo, Jason,and her two granddaughters, andabove all, chocolate! The family wishesto express heartfelt thanks to the staff ofCoquihalla/Gillis house for many yearsof gentle and compassionate care. Yourkindness will always be gratefully re-membered.
