retail stores, etc.
Associate Membership - $200/year. Distributors, attorneys, suppliers
Additional Units - $175/year. Companies with more than one location can register each one at a discounted cost in order to be eligible for CHARR discounts.
Because of extensive lobbying efforts done by CHARR on behalf of the hospitality industry, dues are not tax exempt as a business expense under IRS Code Section 6033.

Who is CHARR?• Alaska CHARR is the only statewide organization serving the
hospitality industry since 1964.
• With Alaska CHARR affiliates established in Fairbanks, Kodiak,
Ketchikan, Juneau/Lynn Canal, Sitka, Cook Inlet, Mat-Su and the
Kenai Peninsula, we strive to provide the Alaska hospitality
industry with comprehensive representation.
• Alaska CHARR has successfully trained industry members
since 1984. The most recent program, Training for Alcohol
Professionals (TAP) was introduced in 2011 to better meet
the needs of Alaskans who work in the hospitality industry.
• Alaska CHARR distributes the hospitality trade publication
Alaska CHARR - the Magazine, free of charge to over 1,900
licensees and 10,000 industry employees in the state.
• Alaska CHARR fights for your rights as a business owner in
the hospitality industry through lobbying at local, state and
national levels.
