' student has to secure = or more mar+s in a sub0ect e!aluation to earn the credits assigned to the
sub0ect. ' student after ha!ing secured the minimum credit as needed for the degree course will beeligible for the award of degree. The final result will be e!aluated as below:

A. ' student has to ut in a minimum of @ attendance searately in each sub0ect for which he has
registered. ' relaation u to a maimum of @ may be gi!en on the roduction of satisfactorye!idence that:
(a) The student was busy in authori9ed acti!ities.
(b) The student was ill.
2ote:< (i) ' student should submit the e!idence to the abo!e fact within three wor+ing days of resumingthe studies. Certificates submitted later will not be considered.
(ii) 2o relaation in attendance beyond @ is ermitted in any case.
(iii) The registration of a student stands cancelled if his attendance re7uirements are not satisfied in
the sub0ect.
. The duration of the course is not less than A %emesters and the san is not more than 1= semesters.
' student who earn 1@ credits or less at the end of the first semester will recei!e a warning for his/heroor erformance* if he fails to earn at least @ credits at the end of the second semester* he has to lea!e
the course and institution.
$n case a student has not earned a minimum of 1 credits at the end of eight semester* his admission to
the course and the institution stands cancelled. The admission stands cancelled at the end of 1= semesterin any case.
1. The $nstitution /6ni!ersity may cancel the registration of all the sub0ects in a gi!en semester if:
1. The student has not cleared the dues to the institution /hostel.

(ii) 4i!e an interretation of the rules in case of difference of oinion which shall be binding on all.
1. 6nder !ery ecetional conditions minor relaations in rules may be allowed and imlemented by theCentral 'd!isory Committee. 8owe!er* same relaation in rules can not be granted in a subse7uent
semester. $n case the conditions warrant such a relaation again* the rules shall ha!e to amended.
