Dr Darian Stibbe is the Executive Director of The Partnering Initiative (TPI) at the International Business Leaders Forum. He has worked extensively with companies, the United Nations, NGOs, and governments, driving the use of partnerships for sustainable development worldwide and also been heavily engaged in Rio+20 and the Post-2015 Development Agenda.

Helen is the Director, Women's Economic Development (WED) with Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA). She promotes WED programs at many fora, where she highlights the merits of private sector integration as an effective development approach for women. She has developed and launched several women's economic development projects in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Haiti, Libya, and Ghana - currently reaching over 100,000 women.In her 20+ previous years before joining MEDA, Helen co-managed a family contracting business and consulted in Canada in a diverse range of industries. She holds an MBA – International business from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.

Judith is a Deputy Director of the Shell Foundation, an independent charity established by the Shell group of companies, whose mission is to develop enterprise-based solutions to global development challenges. She also heads up the foundation's programme on Sustainable Mobility, working with our partners in both the not-for-profit and social enterprise spaces to develop scalable solutions to the pressing problems of congestion, pollution and social and economic development related to a lack of sustainable transport. Judith joined the foundation from Shell where she started her career as a petroleum engineer working on projects in the Netherlands, Canada and Africa. She then moved across to the commercial side of the business holding a variety of roles in Shell's Gas & Power and Exploration & Production businesses over a ten year period before joining the foundation in 2008.

Joey Shivanandan is a procurement and logistics specialist with over four years' experience managing aid-funded supply chain reform. She is currently working with Governments across Africa to assist them with the reform of their supply chain systems with a focus on Government Stores with direct practical experience in Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Swaziland.

Dr. Ann Aerts is the Head of the Novartis Foundation for Sustainable Development. Before joining the foundation she worked for Novartis Pharma and for various international organizations, including the International Committee of the Red Cross. Dr. Aerts holds a Degree in Medicine and a Masters in Public Health.

Monique is responsible for the ArcelorMittal Foundation. She reports to Lakshmi Mittal, CEO, and is based at the corporate headquarters in Luxembourg. Prior to joining ArcelorMittal, Monique spent over twenty years in the technology sector. She also spent over seven years at Cisco, most recently as Senior Managing Director with responsibility for managing their sustainability policy globally. Prior to that, Monique built and led Cisco's government affairs activities in Europe and emerging markets.

Before Cisco, Monique spent ten years at Intel. In 1995, she opened Intel's government affairs office in Brussels. Monique was also responsible for investments in wireless technology companies globally for Intel Capital and was also Director of Product Marketing for Intel Japan. Monique holds a B.A. degree in economics from Tulane University and graduate degrees from the Institutd'EtudesPolitiques in Paris and the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.

Paula joined ODI in November 2011. She is currently doing research on the post-2015 MDGs debate, inclusive growth, and the role of the private sector in development. She has over five years experience in economic development research and policy analysis. She has also done work on labour markets, migration and urban poverty. Prior to joining ODI, Paula was Managing Economist in a private sector consultancy (Experian plc Research Consultancy team) and has worked for think tanks in developed and developing countries, such as, the Institute for Public Policy Research, the Centre for Cities, the Centre on Migration, Policy and Society in Oxford, and CENIT in Argentina. She also has experience working for the public sector in Argentina and Mexico. She holds an MPhil in International Development from Oxford University and an MSc in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University

Wouter van Tol is responsible for sustainability strategy, communications and stakeholder engagement at Nestlé UK & Ireland. Wouter was closely involved in the development of the Nestlé Cocoa Plan and he led the conversion of KIT KAT to Fairtrade. Before moving into this sustainability role, he was senior brand manager on KIT KAT.”

Tanya became Chief Executive of Plan UK and Interact Worldwide in January 2013.Starting out as a special needs teacher, and then a lecturer in Politics and Philosophy, in 1989 Tanya joined VSO, becoming their Head of Programmes for Eastern Europe and the CIS. After three years with the European Children's Trust, in 1999 she was appointed as the first CEO of Home-Start International. During this period she was seconded part-time to Brussels to manage a grant-making facility for the European Commission. From 1995-2002 Tanya was the Chair of the UNICEF NGO Committee for CEEC/CIS in Geneva. Tanya was appointed as International Director at Leonard Cheshire Disability in 2004. She has co-authored various papers and edited two LCD books, Disability and Inclusive
