General QuestionsWhy have you decided to apply for the MCEB of AIESEC in Chile? What are your life plans and what do you expect to take out of this experience?1.

The first time I heard about AIESEC was when I "accompany a friend and for do something extra" what I found then was incredi-ble, and what happened next was that I found myself, I learned more about me, my limits but also my capabilities, I have developed skills that before not even imagined, I've become more open and sympathetic to situations that surround us. But that still doesn’t answer the question: Why be MCVP? After my first 6 months in the organization I decided to take every opportunity that would allow me to develop myself and also give me the opportunity to make AIESEC a viral trend among the people so they could experience what I've experienced. AIESEC has given me many things and above all has allowed me to meet people who had not been able to see under other circumstances, that is why I want to be MCVP I want to be loyal to my purpose and make more people to trans-form their life through AIESEC but also I want for the people who are already in the organization don’t forget "why" we are here and "why" we do what we do. I want us to stop thinking we do exchanges because that's not AIESEC, AIESEC is an empowering human talent, I want that our stakeholders begin to see us as the option to work with them and not only that, but also recommend us, to begin knocking new doors in government organizations, anyway start making all different to obtain different results...I want this position to back to AIESEC a little of what it has done for me.

My professional career

International Opportunities

My personal life

Being MCVP fits in my career plan in 3 ways:

In my professional career will help me strengthen skills such as handling equip-ment, frustration, tolerance, project mana-gement and develop other new skills. In my personal life will give me the chance to meet new people, form part of a new team deve-loping myself and help others in their deve-lopment and finally in my international opportunities will expand my abilities to take my GIP internship.

What are the values that describe you as a person? How do you live them every day?2.

Emphaty

It is important to treat the persons as you want to be treated and to be able to find this con-vergence point to reach agreements.

Passion

I firmly believe that if we don’t love what we do the things won’t give good results.

Confidence

I like trusting in the people who surrounds me and that the people trusted in me, for me it’s the basic beginning of any rela-tion.

Commitment

I never leave the things by half I like finishing what I begin but especially I like taking that I know is out of my scope I never do anything that exceeds my limits and ends up without giving good results.

Perseverance

I like the challenges and to work on goals that have concrete results, I don’t believe in the effort that doesn’t come to anything and I am a faithful believer of that you can give more.

What’s the current role of the MCEB in Chile? What’s should it be? What’s should be done to fill this gap?3.MC EB 14 - 15 MC EB 15 - 16 What should be done

During this term the MC EB has had to be the role model for the LCs because they are the ones who give the tools to achieve their local goals, have been mentors in order to be able to encourage the mem-bership to search results and fina-lly have been responsible to settle bases in order to have a growth in the programs.

For the following period the MC EB it must focus in the growth susten-table and long-term of the entities working with them as a whole. Inno-vating in the programs and crea-ting new strategies to capitalize the results and to provide leaders-hip experiences to the Chileans

Create effective channels of communica-tion Strategies of digital marketing Cycles of continuous education in functional areas Generate a sense of belonging towards AIESEC in Chile

Develop GIP programs

Mature GCDP programs

What is the unique contribution that you would add into the MCEB team?4.My contribution to the team would be MCEB my experience, tenacity, dedica-tion, and the best attitude and willing-ness to learn from each one of them, being also support, good team member, being proactive in moments of difficulty and seek continuous improve-ment focused on results.

What does AIESEC give to the world? And to Chile? Which trends do you see shaping Chilean reality in the following years and what opportunities and threats do they represent for us?5.

The importance of AIESEC in the world lies in activating the leadership of young people to create change agents around the world, realizing that small actions make major changes. Chile is the country with more inequali-ty in LatAm but also in the world organizations such as AIESEC help change the mindset of the people to seek different solutions for the coun-try, but especially to take actions to achieve the change that they want to see. AIESEC needs of Chile because it is a country with a great develop-ment potential within and outside the organization is the ideal platform for Chileans to realize just how much can be achieved and to work for a better version of Chile.

Among current trends definitely the most controversial is the reform of educa-tion but that how can help us as AIESEC? Is a big opportunity in different aspects: -TMP/TLP: changing the mindset of the Chileans and to activate your leadership to have the necessary tools to face, with greater advantage the world. -oGCDP: Positioning the program as an opportunity to explore other cultures and open their minds to this cultural diversity that provides different skills that are a differentiating factor. -oGIP: By positioning the program as an opportunity to give greater competitive-ness to the profesionalist Chilean look for and implement what they have learned abroad in their own country -iGIP: Improving the quality of education by opening practices of teaching

The next trend is the inequity between the people this can be a main focus for iGCDP therefore can work together with governmental organizations to create projects that will help to gradually by eradicating this social problem.

The main point in which it is necessary to focus first is in the membership since without them nothing would be possible therefore it is important to have a career plan that aligns their life expectations with AIESEC in this way

they can understand why we do what we do and feel a real commitment with the organization in addition créate a cycle education focused on customer service for example tracking strategies, tolos etc. Then to begin standardizing our processes as strategy of recruiting, national OPS agenda, international cooperations at local and MC so in this

way no matter where the EP is they all have the same expectations and finally to work as a whole with TM to create an effective strategy for the reintegration of the retournees (RIS).

Describe what is the value of OGX programs for our student market. Point out new and better innovative ways to diversify our products based on student market analysis.2.

The value we offer to students with our program is professional and personal development in an environment of cultural diversity. In addi-tion to the development of skills that will give them a unique added value.

OGX is a program that, given adequate knowledge sells itself, but is the time that we need to put our product in the right market and based on the needs of our supplier when these three factors conver-ge then we have a sustainable program

-Creating market niches for oGIP -To look for new international cooperations (GCDP and GIP) -Alliances with student organizations and universities -Packing the product (for example GCDP+ GIP will have a different pricing or if an EP takes a friend to initiate his/her GCDP process we an make a discount for the first EP) -Campaign one member one EP
