    SCENARIOS ABOUT THE THREE WORLDS,

    ORGANIZATION AND WORKER.

    What will the world look like in future Blue,Green And Orange or somethng

    else entirly? We belive it is highly plausible that all three organosational models

    described in it.We alredy see more multinationals heading in the direction of the

    Blue World business model. The eneragy industry has been demonstrating

    elements of the Green world for some time.

    The Orange world in some ways represents the most radical departure .Will big

    business find itself outflanked by a vibrant ,innovative and enterpreeurial middle

    market?Will the work expecations of the millenials be such that portfolio lives willbecomes far more perasive ?

    The World of work is going to become even more complex.Our message is; take a

    long hard look at your organisation models and current people management

    strategies;how are you addressing reward,international mobility,employee

    engagement ,devlopment and learing?

    SOME IMPORTANTS FACTS OF EMPLOYEE AND GROUP

    y 90% of Chinese respondents expect they will use a language at work other than theirmother tongue.

    y 75% of respondents think that workplace flexibility will not exit; they believe they willbe working formal office hours.

    y 94% of respondents believe they will work across geographic borders more than theirparents did.

    y 90% of US respondents will actively seek out employers whose corporate responsibilitybehavior reflects their own.

    Our scenario planning exercise revealed that individualism,collectivism, corporate integration and business fragmentation

    would be the most significant factors affecting global business for

    the purpose of our study. We call these worlds. We began with 3

    worlds: Blue, Green And Orange.

    In these fragmented worlds we discovered through our analysis that

    the differences across individualism and collectivism were hard to

    define in the fragmented world. The motivations were the onlyvariant factor where the Blue, Green And Orange .
