The MCM ironer has been designed to satisfy the needs of hotel, restaurants, retirement homes, hospitals and any otherfacility which needs fresh cleaned and ironed linen.

Models MCM 2500, MCM 2800 and MCM 3200 are all availablewith electrical, gas or steam heating and in four differentconfigurations: standard, with motorized exit, with foldingsystem and with feeder.

This product has been carefully studied in each detail, so the 50 cm diameter IMESA Drying Ironer assures high quality results and the maximum safety for the user.

No other drying ironer in the market offers a result comparable with IMESA MCM results!

Thanks to the double ironing belts and to their particularconfiguration, the marks on the linen, typical of dryingironing, are a problem of the past. The MCM series assures high quality results, very similar to those of a chest ironer. The belts wrap 87% of the roller diameter, in this way it is granted a very high hourly production.

The old problem of black stains on the linen is eliminated thanks to the special protection on the temperature probe. The ironer models MCM RE, MCM PF and MCM FE are all equipped with a double ironed linen exit. At any moment, the user can choose to collect the linen at the front or rear exit. In the second case the ironer become a “through machine” and the laundry process is sped up; one or two operators work at the front of the ironer, one or two operators work on the back to cross fold and store the ironed linen.

WORKING WITH THE MAXIMUM SAFETY

The TWO EMERGENCY STOPBUTTONS, one on each side, canbe easily reached if needed toimmediately stop the ironer.

The HAND SAFETY BAR protects the user for any accidental pulling of an art inside the ironer.

The PROTECTION WINDOWS belowthe introduction table allows thecontrol of the folding process without any risk for the user.

STEAM HEATING: working with steam, safety is really important. Each IMESA steam heated drying ironer is sent with its own 97/23/CE PED certificate.

GAS HEATING: the roller of the gas heated ironer has been designed to grant heating uniform throughout the entire length of the roller. Due to the special heat circulation inside the roller huge energy savings are realized.

AUTOMATIC SPEED/TEMPERATURECOMPENSATIONThanks to this function the dryingironer automatically chooses the most suitable ironing speed in function of the temperature. In this way the user work is easier and high quality results are always assured.

SAVE YOUR OWN IRONINGPROGRAMS!Once the linen most suitableparameters are chosen, the program can be saved, named and recalled again in the future when needed. In case of folding system and feeder equipped ironers the program considersnot only the ironing speed andtemperature, but also the type of fold.

EVERYTHING IS UNDERCONTROLAny error signalled during the ironer operations is displayed and stored in the microprocessor memory. The ironer is equipped with a working hours counter. This information can be easily retrieved by the technician during the service operation in orderto assist in finding the correctdiagnosis and solution.

In MCM and MCM RE version the electronic controlallows to manage:

SAVE IN ENERGY ANDMAINTENANCEThe cooling key on the keypad actives the Cooldown function: the heatingstops, but the ironer continues to work using the thermal energy accumulated by the ironer. When the temperature goes below 80°C the ironer turns off by itself. This function allows the use of energy that otherwise would be lost and also reduces wear and tear on the ironing belts.

STANDARD VERSION

The MCM ironer is characterized by a strong structure, index of high reliability. Thanks to its compact dimension, the Drying Ironer can be installed against a wall minimizing space requirements. The drying ironer is equipped with atable to help in the linen introduction and with a collecting table for theexiting linen.

FRONTAL/REAR MOTORIZED EXIT

Thanks to the motorized exit, in case of working peaks, the rear exit can be activated in order to make the laundry process more fluid and increase theironer hourly production. The drying ironer is equipped with a big table to make the linen introductioneasier and with two collecting tables,one for each exit. When the exitcollecting table is not used, it can be pulled against the machine, saving space.

MAIN FOLDThe model MCM with folding system makes the user free to schedule the work following his needs:

Possibility to work on one or twoindependent lines;Possibility to configure the kind of fold: single, double or no-folds. Thanks to the optic fibres, the microprocessorrecognizes the linen length and when to activate the air blades to fold the linen. Possibility to choose at any time the front or rear ironed linen exit.

FEEDERThanks to the automatic feeder just one user can iron and fold linen of largedimensions.

To make the introduction easier, the drying ironer is equipped with a bigtable where the user can put the linen so it does not fall to the ground. Once the linen is fixed using the feeder pliers, it is automatically introduced into the drying ironer to be collected at the exit perfectly ironed and folded. The user can choose at any time if the linen must exit on the front or rear side.
