TODD & SARGENT

LEADERSHIP

Todd & Sargent recently unveiled a new look for our company! The changes include a new logo, website, tradeshow booth, company apparel, and more. Our new logo represents the structures we design and build, as well as our progres-sion toward the future. Our new website has a great projects module to showcase the work we do, and also includes a timeline of our company’s history—take a look at tsargent.com. At our rebranding rollout event, employees received jackets, shirts, hats, and drafting pencils all displaying our new logo. We’re excited to show off our brand new look—we hope you like it.

You may also notice that the Can Do Re-view has a very different feel as well. Since 1977, Todd & Sargent has published the

“Can Do” Review as a way to keep our employees, families, clients, and industry partners informed about what our compa-ny is currently building. The newsletter’s name came from Warren Sargent’s philos-ophy that as a company we Can Do any-thing we set our mind to, and the slogan has stuck ever since. We’ve updated our newsletter to reflect our new brand and feature both our projects and our people that make us so successful.

Todd & Sargent would like to announce the retirement of Superintendent Dave Randol. Dave began his 41-year career with Todd & Sargent on April 29, 1973.

Throughout the years, Dave has worked on various projects for clients such as Cargill, Agrex, REG, Chris-tensen Farms, East Fork Biodiesel, Sanderson Farms, Harvest States, Iams Company, Wampler-Longacre, and Townsend Farms, just to name a few. Dave was responsible for the construction of these facilities includ-ing construction management, sub-contract coordination, quality control, safety management, purchasing coor-dination, and contract management.

For Dave, work and personal life became one, traveling throughout the United States and Canada to his many different projects while raising two sons. He was a loyal employee, and his contributions over four decades helped Todd & Sargent become the company it is today. While we will all miss Dave, he has earned the opportunity to enjoy more time with his family and to pursue his hobbies of collecting pottery and antiques. Dave resides in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Please join us in wishing Dave all the best in his retirement.
