Theme of the month this month the instructors will be talking about effort. Effort is a vigorous or deter-

mined attempt. Giving 100% effort is hard work, perseverance and dedication as well as a give it your all

attitude. If you have a positive attitude you will be more likely to give something your

full effort. “If you’re not gonna go all the way why go at all?” - Joe Namath

Tri City Taekwondo’s 5th Black belt promotion will be held this month on June 25th

from 5-8pm. We are very excited to have Jae Yun and Jacob testing for their 2nd Dan.

Tuan going for his 3rd Dan. Brad, Jaylen, Terry and Ty are all testing for their 1st Dan.

We are so happy to have you all continue on your journey with us! Good luck to all that are testing! We

are holding black belt preparation sessions from 3-4pm on Saturday the 4th and 11th. Ensure you are pre-

pared for this important step and take advantage of the extra practices!

Colour belt promotion is being held on June the 18th. The instructors will be handing out the test forms

to the students who will be testing. Times are 2:30-3:30pm for the Tigers and Dragons, 3:30-5pm for the

Youth Beginners, 5-6pm for the Advanced and Intermediate and 6-7pm for the Adults. We wish all the col-

oured belt students who are testing the best of luck also!

Summer Camp is starting to fill up nicely. Again, the dates are July 11-15 and July 25-29.

There has been a super fun change to the agenda. We are SUPER excited to say we will be

going to Science World on the Wednesday of both weeks! Swimming on the Mondays and Lazer tag on

the Fridays! All of the registration forms are up at the front desk. Space is limited so sign up today! Don’t

be left out!

Movie night we had a great turnout for our last movie night on the 28th. The kids

had loads of fun and we are looking forward to starting the movie night up again

come September. Stay tuned!

Canada Day Tri City Taekwondo will be closed on Friday July the 1st to celebrate Canada Day. We will

also be closed on July the 2nd. We will re-open again on the 4th. Happy Canada day to everyone!

Fathers Day promotion we want to wish all of the Fathers, Grandfathers, Stepfathers and those who

hold a Father’s role a very happy Fathers day on June 19th! To celebrate, we are holding a promotion for

the month of June for new members. 1 month FREE! We will cover the WTF fee and also the member-

ship fee for 1 full month! The only cost to you is the uniform! Let all of your friends and family know about

this awesome promotion!
