Tuberculosis is caused by the

individual.
Transmission occurs by coughing,
sneezing, laughing or singing.

TB Skin Testing
The diagnostic tool for detection of TB
infection is the tuberculin skin test
(TST) using the Mantoux method.
“Target testing” is recommended, and
