Mark joined HelmsBriscoe in 2009 as a Global Accounts Manager. After knowing about HelmsBriscoe for many years, Mark made his move to be part of the leading force in meeting procurement. He is excited about the innovation and knowledge that Helms Briscoe has to offer and continues to cultivate. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, multiple Hospitality Certifications as well as holding a Certified Meeting Professional Designation.

      Mark started his career as a coordinator and designer of events in California, soon realizing his talent, he began coordinating meetings and conventions from concept to completion. Having held several Hospitality positions over the last 5 years, Mark’s most recent position as a Convention Services Manager has given him knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry. He is experienced in operations, sales, coordination and departmental management. He has proudly been in this industry for over 18 years and will use his knowledge of the hospitality industry along with his experience in meeting and event planning for your benefit. He believes that systems and standards are set in place to help us succeed, giving us the professional building blocks to be the best professionals we can be.
