Mark Bernstein Potter RD has many years of experience in field support of broadband equipment, systems and subscriber products. He is an electrician by trade and enjoys troubleshooting technology. He is experienced at figuring out errors to an issue to solve. He has worked with a number of organizations and contributed towards achievement of desired goals.

His strong will and commitment towards performing the job responsibilities have helped him in gaining a competitive edge in the industry. He keeps himself updated with the latest innovations available so as to deliver efficient services. He has worked with Cablevision of Boston Allston, MA as a Senior Converter Prepare Technician for eight years. He supported converter repair and warehouse department in Microsoft Windows 95 and created reports and spreadsheets for converter prepare.

Mark Bernstein Potter RD was Electrical Apprentice at Anjo Electrical Company Inc. He worked in residential, commercial and industrial fields specializing in troubleshooting basic wiring, HVAC and control wiring. His special interests include serving as Board of Trustees for St. Paul Manor Condominiums since 1997. He has served as Brookline Youth Soccer and Basketball Coach from 1997-2003 and he was Brookline Recreational Basketball Coach from 2004 to 2006.

He has completed comprehensive technical training that provided him an overview of LAN/WAN. He gained knowledge about the networking fundamentals and TCP/IP custom course global knowledge, network topology and design of Broadband concepts, broadband theory and design and HarmonicsNMX. His son, Matthew graduated from college in May 2012 and received his B.S. in Accounting. He will be pursuing his Masters next year for his CPA.
