Mark Bernstein graduated from Mount Ida College/Coyne Electrical School. He received a degree in advanced electrical engineering. He has over two decades of experience in field support of broadband equipment, systems and subscriber products. He has worked as a Senior Converter Prepare Technician with Cablevision of Boston Allston, MA. He supported converter repair and warehouse department in Microsoft Windows 95.

He created reports and spreadsheets for converter prepare and designed converter test racks. He was awarded with the Pride and Performance Award for his exceptional performances during his time with the organization. At Anjo Electrical Company Inc, he served as an Electrical Apprentice. He worked in the residential, commercial, and industrial fields specializing in troubleshooting basic wiring, HVAC and control wiring.

An accomplished professional, Mark Bernstein 310 Potter RD has excellent technical skills. He has knowledge about operating systems such as MS-DOS, Windows NT, Macintosh, Linux and Unix. He efficiently works with systems like IBM PC/AT/XT, compatibles, Premium pro, II, III and IV. He is well versed of working with languages like Quick Basic and Visual Basic 4. He is currently working as a communications engineer from 1997-2013.
