DESCRIPTIONSB3 Stands for Burn, box and build! This high energy class is broken down into 15 minutes of high intensity cardio and sports conditioning, 15 minutes of boxing and kickboxing combinations and then finishes with 15 minutes of total body strength training.
BODYWEIGHT & BANDS Get a great total body and core workout using only your bodyweight and resistance bands.
EVERYDAY ATHLETE You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one! Each class will highlight the most important fundamentals of various sports. It will include speed and agility drills, plyometrics, high intensity interval circuits and other sport specific exercises. No athletic experience needed.
FUNCTIONAL TRX Full body conditioning class utilizing TRX Suspension Trainers and other functional training equipment.
INSANITY LIVE! Insanity is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, Insanity pushes you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.
MAT PILATES Low impact class focused on core stabilization, muscle balance, proper alignment, strength, and flexibility while integrating the concepts of mindfulness, fluidity and grace.

TONE BURN Be prepared to sweat in this total body endurance focused class. Classes are smaller in size and take place on the cardio floor. Move through circuits with various equipment such as treadmills, rowers, stairs and core strengthening moves on the floor.
TONE CYCLE Indoor cycling class to mood-boosting music for a killer cardio sweat session.
TONE HIIT High intensity interval training featuring little to no equipment with short work/rest intervals to challenge your cardio-vascular endurance and blast calories!
TONE METCON Metabolic Conditioning or “MetCon” for short is a style of training made popular in recent years by the CrossFit community. It includes short bouts of higher intensity training designed to increase metabolic demand and increase energy usage.
TONE TOUGH Bootcamp style circuit training featuring various equipment such as battle ropes, TRX, medicine ball, etc.
VINYASA YOGA Flowing yoga class to improve overall balance, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
WERQ Fiercely fun dance fitness class set to popular pop, hip-hop and rock music.
